Scientists in Svalbard, Norway, found a large number of plastic rubber and fiber particles in the collected samples. Plastic exceeds the standard by 20 times, and the pure land of mankind is polluted.

Recently, foreign media reported that a study published in Science Progress magazine showed that plastics are quietly affecting the whole world in an incredible way. This research and analysis by many scientists from the Institute of Polar Oceanography shows that snow samples from the Swiss Alps and some parts of Germany show that, on average, samples from the Arctic ice floes contain 65,438+0,760 plastic shell particles per liter, while samples from Europe have 20 times the plastic content.

In view of the fact that the Arctic is one of the most primitive and empty areas on earth, the discovery of plastic particles is very worrying. Researchers believe that these plastic particles may have traveled long distances from urban areas to the North Pole due to wind and precipitation. Researchers also found plastic particles in China's Dongguan, Teheran, Iranian and French Pyrenees, which were brought here by atmospheric dust.

Over the years, there have been signs that plastic waste is causing damage to the environment and health of marine and terrestrial organisms. But since plastics can move freely in air, water and snow, it is not surprising that they can penetrate into human food chain. At present, human feces and lungs have also found that this is a tiny particle.

The researchers wrote in the paper: "The detection of high concentrations of plastics in snow samples from the European continent to the Arctic indicates that the air pollution is serious, and it is urgent to focus on the impact of the modification probability in the air on human and animal health."

Every year, millions of tons of plastics are discarded at will and decomposed into small non-degradable particles, which can be seen everywhere from mountains to oceans, carrying toxic chemicals and harmful microorganisms. Scientists point out that there are plastic particles in cancerous human lung tissue, and humans eat at least 50 thousand plastic particles every year. These plastic particles, which enter the ocean, soil and human body, are slowly affecting marine life, plant growth and ourselves.
