A. Simulation of construction progress, that is, making a video imitating construction according to the construction plan. What floor have we reached today? How many people are needed? How much concrete? There are many kinds of simulation, such as the construction simulation of masonry structure with frame structure and the scheme simulation of vertical transportation. The significance of BIM lies in these new applications.
B. layout simulation of the construction site. During the construction period, there were many participants. Where to put this equipment on the construction site and when to enter the construction site must be decided in advance. Otherwise, a truck full of them won't know how to play.
C. For complex construction sites, special construction plans should be made. For example, when I was doing some BIM process design work in the subway group, I also separately proposed the construction simulation of complex processes. Of course, these should be combined with local design specifications and construction specifications, and it is meaningful to directly guide the construction. Therefore, BIM engineers must have construction experience to play a role.
(2) Construction process
In this process, the model and database information will be updated in time, and different majors will be different. From the electromechanical point of view, there are three main types: entry, installation and acceptance. In other words, during the construction process, the construction site was closed. We often see a temporary metal plate posted outside a construction site, which reads: Please forgive the inconvenience caused by construction. There is a time sequence for those equipments to enter the site, which needs to be recorded on the model, so that we can count the number and specific code of the equipment entering the site at any time. Similarly, what equipment is installed? Which equipment has been accepted? Is the water pipe leaking? These must be tested. Therefore, in the construction process, the Revit model needs to be updated in time. In addition, the construction situation is updated to be different from that simulated in the previous step. Then, the actual construction situation should be recorded in time. There is an extra rivet here and a nail there.
With the above updated data, the owner, the contractor and the supervisor can keep abreast of the progress, expenses, site conditions, safety and quality management.
(3) Completion acceptance
First, we need to know the purpose of the as-built model. After a project is completed, the owner and supervisor should accept it or not. After passing the test, the owner was anxious to return the loan money to the bank, and the building was put into operation immediately. So, does the operation need maintenance? For example, a certain equipment requires replacement after 7 years. Who will remember this information? The as-built model, of course. Therefore, the information needed for the as-built model should be comprehensive. In addition, because the construction process is different from the original construction simulation in many places, the completed model must be updated to the latest situation and accurate. For example, if the water pipe in a shopping mall is broken, the operating unit can search for the valve that can control it, the manufacturer of the water pipe, the date of production, the date of installation, who accepted it, the warranty period, the price, the contact information of the seller and so on. Therefore, the as-built model should be the latest and most complete model.
Third, the operation and maintenance stage
(1) emergency simulation
Management based on BIM technology will not have any blind spots. In public buildings, large buildings, high-rise buildings and other areas where people gather, the ability to deal with emergencies is very important. Traditional emergency treatment only focuses on response and rescue, and the operation and maintenance through BIM technology can not only prevent, alarm, but also deal with it. Take the fire incident as an example. If there is a fire accident in the commercial square, the BIM information model interface will automatically trigger the fire alarm and immediately display the three-dimensional position and room of the fire area. The control center can query the corresponding surrounding environment and equipment in time, providing important information for the timely evacuation of personnel and disaster treatment.
(2) Energy conservation and emission reduction
At present, by installing electricity meters, water meters and gas meters with sensing functions, basic functions such as real-time collection, transmission, preliminary analysis and regular and fixed-point uploading of building energy consumption data can be realized. The system can also realize remote monitoring of indoor temperature and humidity, analyze indoor real-time temperature and humidity changes, and cooperate with energy-saving operation management. In the management system, all energy information can be collected in time, and the energy consumption can be automatically analyzed through the developed energy management function module.
