Abstract: Teaching and scientific research are the basic tasks of college teachers. Through several years of teaching and scientific research practice, the author has a deeper understanding of the relationship between teaching and scientific research of college teachers. The relationship between teaching and scientific research is an eternal topic in the development of universities.
