Graduation design (thesis) is the last stage of students' study in school, and it is an important link to cultivate students' comprehensive application of what they have learned, to discover, propose, analyze and solve practical problems, and to exercise their practical ability. It is also a systematic training and testing process for students' practical work ability. Graduation design (thesis) (hereinafter referred to as "thesis") is a complete statement of students' work and achievements under the guidance of teachers. Thesis writing is a process of training students' basic ability, which should conform to the relevant standards stipulated by China Central Radio and TV University and Power Saving University, and conform to the Chinese language and writing norms. In order to strengthen the guidance and strict control of this work, this specification is formulated.

First, the structure and requirements of the paper

The thesis includes contents, titles, abstracts, keywords, text, postscript, references and appendices. All papers are printed, not handwritten.

The table of contents should be in a separate page, including the titles and page numbers of all chapters, sections and major levels (literature and classics) in the paper.

2. Title of the paper

The title of the paper should be short, clear and general, which meets the requirements of the paper task. The title of the paper should reflect the core content, professional characteristics and subject categories of the paper. The title of the paper is no more than 25 Chinese characters, no subtitle, no punctuation, and two lines can be written. The words used in the title of the paper must be standardized, and abbreviations or foreign language abbreviations are not allowed.

3. Summary of contents

The main contents and characteristics of the paper should be briefly described, and the words should be concise, which is an independent and complete paper, including the main achievements and concluding comments. Formulas and charts should not be used in the abstract, the number of cited documents should not be marked, and the abstract should be avoided as a table of contents. The content summary is generally not less than 300 Chinese characters.

The graduation design thesis of science and engineering also requires corresponding English abstracts.

4. Keywords

Keywords are the subject terms of retrieval, and general technical terms that can cover the main content of the paper should be used (refer to the corresponding technical term standards). Generally, 3-5 keywords are listed, arranged from large to small according to the expansion level of the terms, and should appear in the content abstract.

5. Text

The text generally includes introduction, theory and conclusion. The body must start at the top of the page.

Introduction is generally regarded as the first chapter of professional technical papers, which should summarize the achievements of predecessors in this field, explain the purpose, background and significance of graduation project topic selection, domestic and foreign literature and the main contents to be studied.

The introduction of a literary masterpiece paper is the beginning of the full text, and no chapter number is written. Generally speaking, it includes the explanation of the purpose and significance of writing, the understanding of the problems studied and the questions raised.

This theory is the core part of the full text, which should be reasonable in structure, clear in level, prominent in key points and fluent and concise in words.

The conclusion is a summary of the main achievements, and it is necessary to highlight the innovations and evaluate the main work done with concise words. Conclusion Generally, it does not exceed 500 Chinese characters.

7. Reference

References are an indispensable part of the paper. It reflects the breadth of materials used in paper work. References should be mainly academic works and journals that are closely related to the major recently published or published. The number of references is not less than 8 for science and engineering, and not less than 10 for literary masterpieces.

8. postscript

This paper briefly reviews and summarizes the whole graduation design work, and expresses gratitude to the tutor and the institutions or individuals who have helped the graduation design work and thesis writing. The content should be as concise as possible.

9. Appendix

Materials that are not suitable for the text but are really useful for the paper (such as copies of foreign documents and Chinese translations, formula derivation process, larger program flow chart, longer program code segments, drawings, data tables, etc.). ) can be compiled into an appendix to the paper. The number of words in the appendix is not included in the number of words that the paper should reach.

Second, the printing requirements

Papers must be printed on standard A4 printing paper, with upper and lower margins of 2.5cm and left and right margins of 2.2cm respectively (except for large drawings, data sheets and computer program segment lists attached to the papers). The binding order of the papers is as follows:

The table of contents is listed to the page number of the second-level and above titles in the text of the paper, and the printed content is the same as that in the text. There are no page numbers on the catalog page.

3. Summary of contents

The title shall be treated according to the requirements of the first-level subtitle of the text, and the abstract content shall be treated according to the requirements of the text. The content summary has no page number.

4. Keywords

Index keywords are located on the same page as the content summary, and a new line starts after the content summary, starting with "index keywords:" (bold), followed by 3~5 keywords (not bold), with 1 word between words, and other requirements are the same as the text.

5. Text

Text must start from the front and be set to 1 page. The page number is printed in the center at the end of the page, and other requirements are the same as the text (for example, the format of the fifth page of the text is "-5-").

The title of the paper is standard No.3 bold, centered and single-line spacing;

The first-level subtitle of the paper is standard No.4 bold type, and the two words are printed with blank space and single-line spacing;

The text should be in standard small four-character font, with two characters at the beginning of the paragraph and a fixed line spacing of 20 points;

The formula in this paper is centered in principle. If the formula is preceded by words (such as "solution" and "hypothesis"). ), the text should be aligned on the left side of the text, the formula is still centered, and there is no punctuation at the end of the formula. The formula numbers are arranged by chapter, for example, the third formula number in Chapter 2 is "(2-3)", and the third formula number in Appendix 2 is "(2-3)".

The illustrations in this paper should be closely matched with the text, the text is consistent with the drawings, the content is correct, and the drawing is standardized. The illustrations are numbered according to chapters and placed directly below the illustrations, and the illustrations are not named. For example, the third illustration in Chapter 2 is "Figure 2-3", and the illustration number is in standard font No.5;

Inserted tables in text do not add left and right margins. The insert table is numbered according to the chapter and placed in the upper left corner of the insert table. The insert table is unnamed. If the third insertion table in Chapter 2 is "Table 2-3", the number of the insertion table shall be in standard font No.5.

6. postscript

Postscript takes up one page, the title is handled according to the requirements of the first-level subtitle of the text, and the content is handled according to the requirements of the text.

7. Reference

Print according to the format specified in GB77 14—87-87 "Rules for the Description of References after Text", and the requirements for content printing are the same as the text of the paper. References start at the top of the page and have the following format:

Serial number author, title, publisher, year of publication and edition (the first edition is abbreviated)

(2) Translation of books and documents

Serial number author, title, publisher, year of publication and edition (the first edition is abbreviated)

(3) Academic journals and documents

(4) Academic conference documents

(5) References of the paper

Author of serial number, name of dissertation, school and level of dissertation, year of defense: page number of the cited part.

(6) Western literature

The description format is the same as Chinese, with the first letter of the content words capitalized and the rest lowercase.

Only the top three are cited heavily, separated by commas, and the word "etc." is added after more than three authors ("etc." It was added in western languages).

If an academic conference publishes a collection of papers, add the words "collection of papers" after the name of the conference; Unpublished papers omit the items of "publisher" and "year of publication"; If the meeting address is the same as the place of publication, the "place of publication" is omitted, and if the meeting year is the same as the year of publication, the "year of publication" is omitted.

8. Appendix

Print according to the following format of the first-level subtitle of the text, each appendix starts from the top of the page, and the appendix number is marked in standard small four bold letters in the upper left corner of the appendix start page.
