"The back waves of the Yangtze River push the front waves, and the front waves die on the beach." Driven by this famous saying of vigilance in the workplace, I returned to school in the year of no doubt, full of desire for learning and support from my family. In the process of my sophomore year, I realized that learning is a happy thing, which not only improves my professional knowledge, but also broadens my interpersonal network and horizons. I sincerely thank CEO Wang for constantly innovating and constantly improving the learning environment, teaching staff, flexibility in course selection and teaching materials. EMBA series of professional training courses make me overcome my work problems more confidently and orderly; And the training of thesis writing course made me get what I wanted-to integrate professional theory into work practice.

This paper can be successfully completed. First of all, I would like to thank my tutor, Dr. Wang Minglong, for trying to write a thesis in English under his encouragement and guidance. Personally, I feel that he has benefited a lot. In the past two years, in addition to his rich academic self-restraint and practical experience in enterprises, Mr. Wang has provided incisive insights, and also demanded that the structure, content and wording of the paper must be improved with his consistent rigorous academic beliefs. Looking back on my study in the past two years, I thank Zhong Xian, Wei Jian, Wu Tai, Huang Zhong and other predecessors for sharing your rich life experiences from time to time. My attitude towards learning is an example for me to learn. For an on-the-job student, it is quite hard to finish the master's degree. Fortunately, my father has been sent abroad for a long time, so Jing Huan and Jing Yu can help share the housework in their spare time, and they have also been admitted to the school they want, so that I can finish my studies carefree.
