What is the writing format of graduation thesis? The following are the writing format requirements of my Japanese major graduation thesis. Welcome to read!
I. Composition of the document
1. Paper cover refers to the hard cover issued by the college, which is collected from relevant teachers when binding paper.
2. The author's statement (made by excellent graduation thesis) is in Chinese, see attachment 1.
3. See Annex II for an example of the opening report. Written in Japanese (see Annex III for the format; Written opening report).
Opening report (except for the Chinese bibliography in Song Dynasty, the rest are in Ms. Min Qiao's font):
Title (paper made into opening report), No.3, bold and centered.
Blank line, left-aligned, small four fonts are student serial number, surname, instructor and colon, bold, and small four fonts are corresponding contents.
Next, a blank line must include the following items: テーマとその origin, テーをんだと research significance at home and abroad. The above items are in MS Mincho font, small size 4 and bold. The corresponding contents are Xiao Si and Song Ti. See Annex II for the specific format.
4. Task book. See annex IV.
5. See Annex 4 for the paper guidance record. Fill in by students, and the paper will be signed by the instructor (at least 9 times).
6. Inside page of the paper: The inside page of the paper is written in Japanese, with the school emblem of Xiangfan College on it. Including the title of the paper (the title is Miss Akiko of the Ming Dynasty, No.3, centered, bold, within 20 words; If there is a subtitle, put it on the second line, Miss Akiko of the Ming Dynasty, No.3, centered, bold); Major (preparatory course), student number (student serial number), name (surname), instructor (instructor), and time for finalizing the thesis (unified as 20 10, Ms. Ming Chu, No.4, middle, bold).
7. The first five pages of the paper include the first page: signature; Page 2: gist (about 300 words), キーワード; The third page summary (about 300 words), keywords; Page 4: Thank you; Page 5: Contents. The page numbers of the first five pages are marked in the lower right corner with I, II and III.

② The gist of キーワード:
There is a space at the beginning of the paragraph, the main meaning and the colon (bold), the fifth word. Followed by the general idea, the fifth word.
In the next line, there is a space at the beginning of the paragraph, a colon is added to キーワード, and Ms. Mingqiu of the Ming Dynasty, with the number five. キーワード should be about five, キーワード and キーワード are separated by semicolons, and the last one is キド.
③ Abstracts and keywords:
There are two spaces at the beginning of the paragraph, the abstract and the colon (bold), and the fifth word. Followed by the summary, the fifth word.
In the next line, there is a space at the beginning of the paragraph, keywords and colons (bold), and the number five. Followed by keywords, which should be about five, the words of keywords are separated by semicolons, and there is no punctuation after the last keyword.

⑤ Content: Whether the content is Japanese or Chinese should be consistent with the text of the paper. Japanese name: content. Chinese name: Table of Contents (Song Ti, No.4, bold center); Empty line; Catalogue (Song Dynasty, Xiao Si).
The serial number in the directory (directory), the first-level serial number is 1, 2, 3, 4, etc. The secondary serial numbers are 1. 1, 1.2, 1.3, etc. , the third-level serial number is 1. 1. 1.2, 1.66.

1. Words: 7000 ~ 10000 words.
2. Language of use: Japanese.
3. The beginning of the text:
The title of the paper, in Ms. Mingqiao's font, is bold and centered. Next is: Maomen, student serial number, surname, tutor, Ming Dynasty font (Ms. Akimachi), the fifth word is bold and aligned to the left, and the corresponding content is Ming Dynasty font (Ms. Akimachi) and the fifth word.
Empty a line, start a new paragraph, leave the beginning of the paragraph blank, the main point and colon (MS Mincho font, bold No.5), and the main point content (Japanese, MS Mincho font, bold No.5).
Start a new line, キーワード, colon (Ms. Akimachi font, No.5, bold), キーワード (Japanese, Ms. Akimachi font, No.5). キーワード are separated by semicolons, and the last one is punctuation.
Empty a line, start a new paragraph, with two spaces at the beginning of the paragraph, summary and colon (Song Dynasty, No.5, bold), and summary content (Song Dynasty, No.5).
Start a new line, with two spaces at the beginning of the paragraph, keywords and colons (Song Dynasty, No.5, bold), keyword content (Song Dynasty, No.5), semicolons between keywords, and the last one without punctuation.
4. Turn over a new page and enter a brief introduction (はじめに).
Use fonts:
Ming dynasty (Ms. Akimachi) font. The first-level title of each chapter is bold with the number four. The subheadings of each chapter are bold in small four. This text is a small size four. Text should not be colored in italics and fonts.
Number of copies: print two copies after finalization and give them to the instructor.
5. Thesis: The graduation thesis must be written on A4 paper and printed.
6. Page Settings:
(1) The page is set to the default format (up and down: about 2.54cm: 3. 17cm), with left binding and three nails.
⑵ Line spacing: 1.25 times the line spacing.

8. Page number:
The page number of the text is on the right side of the bottom, which is represented by Arabic numerals, namely: 1.2.3? .
9. Chart: The chart must be marked with serial number and name, as shown in figure 1, and the growth details of Japan's import trade from 2000 to 2005. When quoting other people's icons, the source must be indicated.
Three. Requirements for writing various parts of the text
1. Introduction (はじめに): This is the beginning of the paper. The preface should be concise, not too long.
2. The main body of the paper (this theory): it is the main part of the paper. This part should use all aspects of information and research methods to analyze problems, demonstrate opinions, and try to reflect their scientific research ability and academic level.
3. Conclusion ("ぉわり"): "This is the conclusion of the graduation thesis, and it is also the conclusion around this theory. Its basic point is to summarize the full text and deepen the meaning of the problem.
4. Notes: When there are individual nouns or quotations in the graduation thesis that need to be explained, you can add notes with footnotes (put the notes at the bottom of the notes page, as shown in the following example). If there are more than two comments on the same page, they should be arranged in the order in which the comments appear. The comments are only written on the same page where the comment symbols appear and cannot be separated from each other.

5. Document format specification:
The reference materials start from a new page, numbered five, and the order is Japanese first and then Chinese. Please refer to Annex V for specific requirements.

1. Terminology and punctuation should conform to Japanese specifications.
2. If Chinese is mixed in the text, the font should be Song Ti, and the font size is the same as that of Japanese before and after the text.
3. The sequence codes of the example icons should use Arabic numerals, all Arabic numerals should use half-angles, and the sequence codes should be sorted separately in the current page. For example, the footnote on the first page is ① ② ③, and the second page should start from ① again.
4. Is the comment sequence code in the text the upper right mark? ①②③? The sequence code used in related articles is 123.
5. Ownership system
All title levels of graduation thesis should be orderly, neat and clear, and the same level should be expressed in a unified way. The contents under the headings at all levels in the text should correspond to their respective headings, and there should be no contents unrelated to the headings. Chapter numbering method should be hierarchical Arabic numeral numbering method, the first level is? 1? 、? 2? 、? 3? Wait. What is the second level? 2. 1? 、? 2.2? 、? 2.3? Wait, what's the third floor? 2.2. 1? 、? 2.2.2? 、? 2.2.3? And so on, but the number of graded Arabic numerals generally does not exceed four levels, and the two levels are separated by a bottom corner, and the ends of other levels except the first level are not punctuated. The titles of all levels are written in separate lines, with the first and second level titles numbered in the top box, followed by the titles in the blank box, and the third and fourth level titles written in the top box. A.B.C should be the title of a separate line below level 4. At two levels, the title is empty, and the ordinal number and title are written in a.b.c. In the text, 1), 2) and 3) are used for subprojects included in the total project. The serial number of, for the small items in the sub-items, use ①, ②, ③? The serial number of, the number is enclosed in half-angle brackets or parentheses, and there are no other punctuation marks.
