Preface, as the preface of the thesis, should explain the purpose and significance of the graduation project (thesis), the literature review at home and abroad, and the content of the thesis in a short space, and it is required to come straight to the point, highlight the key points and seek truth from facts.
The text of the thesis is the core part of the graduation thesis (design specification), accounting for the main length of the thesis, which requires concise text, clear organization, prominent points, clear concepts, full argumentation and strong logic. The charts, legends, formulas, symbols, references and units of measurement involved in this paper should meet the requirements of relevant national standards.

The conclusion is written as a single chapter, but without the words chapter and section, and the text generally does not exceed two pages.

The graduation thesis or design task book of science and engineering generally includes task proposal, scheme demonstration or literature review, design calculation (which can be divided into overall design and unit design), test debugging, result analysis and conclusion. General science and engineering graduation thesis requires more than 10 thousand words. For the graduation design of engineering design, software development and simulation, the number of words in the thesis can be appropriately reduced due to the heavy workload of drawing or computer programming. It requires sufficient theoretical basis, accurate data, correct formula derivation and calculation results.
The graduation thesis of liberal arts and management majors can be a theoretical thesis, an application software design or an investigation report. Its paper form cannot be simply and mechanically piled up by some documents, and a qualified paper should be an internal unity. The argument should be correct and have sufficient basis; Arguments should be coordinated with arguments, and arguments should fully support arguments; There must be necessary data and corresponding analysis; Theories, viewpoints and concepts should be expressed accurately and clearly; Newspapers should have some new ideas. The investigation report must have actual units and real data. The number of words is generally required to be more than 15000 words (foreign papers are generally not less than 8000 to 10000 words), and the number of innovative papers is not limited. For the type of computer software, the requirements of the paper are the same as those of science and engineering.
In order to cultivate students' technical and economic analysis ability, technical and economic analysis should be carried out on graduation projects (papers) that produce economic effects in practice, such as engineering design, product development, software development and simulation and management of science and engineering.
(3) The hierarchical division and arrangement method of the text.
The text is the main part of the paper, and the topic order level is the framework of the article structure. Chapter sequence codes are uniformly represented by Arabic numerals, and the sequence code levels can be divided into several levels. The left and right end lines are not drawn in all the tables in this paper, and the design of the tables should be concise and clear. The units involved in the chart are without brackets, and are separated from the values by ",". The chart should have a title and be numbered by chapter (see figure 1- 1, table).

(2) Formula
The formula is written in English italics. When there are superscript, subscript, top label and bottom label in the formula, the hierarchy must be clear. The formula should be placed in the middle, the words "solution" and "hypothesis" in front of the formula should be written in the top box, and there is no punctuation at the end of the formula. The serial number of the formula should be written in the top line at the end of the right line of the formula and enclosed in brackets.
