The practical teaching ability of computer teachers in secondary vocational schools (hereinafter referred to as this major) is a direct factor affecting the market-oriented and employment-oriented education and teaching reform of this major, which largely determines the training quality of skilled talents in this major. To this end, teachers of this major must regularly go to enterprises and institutions for rotation training once. Then, what effect does this professional teacher's practice in enterprises have on the formation of "double-qualified" teachers and their professional growth, and what problems need to be improved? Based on the author's experience in carrying out practical activities focusing on "IT professional services" in Sunshine Youlu Information Technology Service (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sunshine Yulu), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lenovo Group, from March to August in 20 13, this paper talks about some experiences.

Through on-the-spot observation, skills training, special lectures, exchanges and seminars, etc., we will focus on understanding the basic situation of enterprise production organization mode, technological process, industry development trend, and be familiar with the specific contents of enterprise-related post responsibilities, operational norms, employment standards, management systems, etc. Through the teaching of new knowledge, new skills, new processes and new methods applied in production, we will enhance our understanding of enterprise production and industry development, and improve the practical teaching of this major in combination with the actual situation of enterprises. In addition, as the saying goes, "stones from other mountains can attack jade." Teachers who take part in practice can train and study with their colleagues from all over the world, have a heated discussion, learn from each other, explore the truth, and form a teaching concept that meets the requirements of the development of modern vocational education.

After many teachers of this major arrive at the internship site, based on what they have seen and heard, they will have a strong feeling that the positioning of related majors and the setting of professional courses in the school are behind the times and cannot keep up with the market. After students leave the society, they may still need to learn new knowledge from scratch to meet the requirements of enterprises. This situation increases the production cost of enterprises, and at the same time, it will naturally make students think that they can't learn useful knowledge at school, which is not conducive to cultivating students' comprehensive professional behavior ability, but will affect the development of schools and even social productive forces. For example, the computer basic course in our secondary vocational school uses the contents of DOS system and commands. Undeniably, DOS command has its function in some specific situations, but it is not used in most cases. It only needs to know a part of knowledge, and there is no need for systematic learning. Another example is that in the first two academic years, Office 98 was taught in office textbooks for non-computer majors ... If so, what students learned at school is "classic", but it is out of date after all. Once faced with new technology and knowledge, they will be at a loss. How can they not complain about the school? And can the students taught in our school successfully find jobs in related majors? By participating in the practical activities of enterprises, many teachers have found the reason for this embarrassing situation: our educators failed to update their concepts and knowledge base in time, stuck to the rules and mistakenly thought that "this is enough" rather than "moving", which eventually led to education becoming a stagnant pool. In the face of ever-changing society and ever-changing market, Jobs's words are thought-provoking: "Stay hungry and stay stupid." Stay hungry, because we need to keep a hungry heart, eager to learn new knowledge and improve ourselves; Being stupid means not being smart, not always trying to be smart and take shortcuts, but enriching yourself diligently and clumsily. For example, during my work and study in Lenovo Sunshine Rain Dew, I found that basically all employees have to participate in business training and assessment, and the assessment results affect employees' income, position and other vital interests. At present, many young students have not taken this as a criterion, have not changed their roles, and are still self-centered. In this way, once personal interests conflict with enterprise interests, it will be difficult to adapt, make some wrong choices, and often leave angrily, resulting in not working long in a post. People who can be handy and outstanding in the workplace must first have professional ethics that meet the requirements of enterprises. For example, in the process of enterprise internship, in the position of notebook maintenance, I should conscientiously do my own job-inspection and maintenance, communicate with front desk staff and customers, reduce judgment errors and repair rate, satisfy customers, and turn satisfaction into practical benefits of enterprises. "Work is a repetitive process." As the saying goes, no matter how skilled and attractive the job is, when you do the same job for a long time, you will inevitably be numb and tired. Therefore, as a professional, it is worth discussing how to adapt to repetitive and boring work, find pleasure from it, gain a sense of accomplishment, and be patient, careful and persistent in work. How to provide lubricants for employees in work and life, keep employees in a healthy mental state and full of energy, and establish a positive corporate culture is also a problem that every enterprise needs to think about.

This kind of harvest of carrying out practical activities in the front line of enterprise production has made me deeply realize that teachers in this major should not only teach students skills that meet the requirements of the times, but also vividly tell students the corporate culture they personally feel in enterprise practice in class, and do a good job in cultivating students' comprehensive professional behavior ability, learning ability, induction and summary ability, communication ability, professional ethics, team spirit, psychological state and work emotion, so as to lay a good foundation for their all-round development. This is of great benefit to students' career.

2. The improvement measures of teachers of this major in daily education and teaching after participating in enterprise practice.

On the one hand, computers are indispensable in modern society, and no industry can do without them. On the other hand, the popularity of computers makes computer professional knowledge no longer a "scarce resource", and more and more employees in various industries can master basic computer knowledge. Where is the computer major going? To this end, teachers should contact IT enterprises more, understand the actual needs of the industry, do a good job in research and career orientation. From the author's practice in IT enterprises, the orientation of this major should be more professional and refined, and the professional direction should be adjusted in time according to the market demand. As an intern in an IT company, my first position was as a resident engineer, and I was sent to the CIT department of an insurance company. I am mainly responsible for the daily maintenance of computers in Lenovo's outsourcing services, including computer system installation, desktop maintenance, hardware replacement, asset inventory management, tape backup, material deployment, etc. The second position is a notebook inspection and maintenance engineer, whose job is to study and practice the inspection, site and maintenance of Lenovo notebooks in the notebook maintenance department. The third and fourth places are logistics management and multi-product maintenance respectively. IT can be seen that IT enterprises are the most active organizations in the society, and their work contents and employment needs have changed rapidly, and they have tended to be specialized and refined. Therefore, secondary vocational computer majors that train talents for enterprises should adjust their professional direction in time according to the development trend of IT enterprises in terms of work content and employment demand. Only by further strengthening social practice and improving adaptability can we narrow the gap between school education and training and enterprise employment needs.

2.2 do a good job in enterprise cooperation, professional construction, curriculum setting, as well as student induction training and enterprise practice.

Yulu, Lenovo Sunshine, said that in the past, they mostly contacted relevant secondary vocational schools when students graduated. Now they can better understand the education and teaching activities of secondary vocational schools and clarify their respective needs by putting their contacts in peacetime. As an enterprise, teachers are more welcome to take students to participate in internship training and pre-job training, because many students are familiar with their posts, love their careers and perform well, and they can directly serve internship enterprises after graduation. In addition, in practice, some professional teachers provide their usual accumulation and thinking about related issues to enterprises, and put forward some constructive suggestions for the production and marketing of enterprises, which have also been valued by enterprises.

Lenovo Sunshine Rain and Dew also provides relevant cooperation programs. Teaching resources (including teachers, teaching materials, teaching equipment, etc. ) can be directly provided by enterprises, and schools provide places and necessary salaries; Enterprises can also provide teaching materials and equipment, and school teachers can teach after training. The courses are jointly completed by enterprises and professional teachers, so that the courses provided by enterprises can be seamlessly connected with the original curriculum system. In order to better complete the teaching tasks provided by enterprises, teachers of this major should update their concepts and skills in time. Faced with the ever-changing technological changes and the urgent demand for new technical talents in the market, teachers in this major must keep pace with the times in line with the sense of responsibility and mission of educators, strive for more opportunities to practice and learn in enterprises, absorb new knowledge, learn new skills and impart new knowledge and skills to our students. At the same time, enterprises should set up permanent contacts to communicate with school leaders and teachers at any time, do a good job in students' ideological work, and hold outreach activities regularly to enhance students' team consciousness and collective cohesion.

2.3 Strengthen students' comprehensive quality education and enhance their competitiveness.

For example, as an intern in an IT company, my first position was as a resident engineer. In the asset inventory, it is necessary to check the computers used by insurance agents. Every computer in the company has multiple labels, and the labels have various numbers to mark the unique identity of the computer, including service ID, service label, computer name and so on. When checking, you need to fill in the corresponding contents according to the original records; If there is an error, it is necessary to record both different items and items not included in the table. It doesn't sound too difficult, but when we do the asset inventory, it happens to be the time for insurance agents to go to work. We need to ask their permission politely before we start work. Moreover, because everyone has different habits of placing and using the machine, some people like to place the machine "head down", and some even put a lot of sundries and decorations on the chassis, so we need to remove the sundries and straighten the machine with the consent of the other party before we can check it clearly. It can be seen that in completing this work, we must pay attention to the way of doing things and the skills of communication with others. At present, secondary vocational schools still don't provide enough education on students' professional ethics and humanistic quality, which leads to a far cry from students' performance in enterprises and their expectations. Therefore, we must strengthen education in this field. Now these courses are mainly aimed at freshmen, and I think vocational quality education should run through the whole secondary vocational school. But also let students enter the production line to observe, study and practice. At the scene of production activities, professional teachers can educate students with various professional qualities more vividly and concretely.
