Later emperors were too extreme and unwilling to make progress, so naturally there was no possibility of prosperity in the Southern Song Dynasty.

The second is the corruption of the imperial court. During the Southern Song Dynasty, a large number of treacherous court officials, including Jia Sidao and Shi, were reused. These courtiers who can be remembered for a long time are all concentrated in the Southern Song Dynasty. Their cronyism, envy of talents and graft of the law made the political corruption in the Southern Song Dynasty a mess, and such a dynasty was bound to perish.
