School physical education is a complex systematic process, involving many factors. Among them, the quality of physical education teaching methods plays a vital role, which is the foundation of national physical education and plays an important role in the cultivation of talents. Therefore, the reform of school physical education is a very important issue. The new curriculum reform, with only curriculum standards and no ready-made teaching contents and reference books, is also a test, a challenge and a good attempt for our primary school PE teachers. Therefore, various schools have set off a wave of curriculum reform, and different forms of discussion classes and research classes have been presented one after another. Everyone has different opinions on how to do it well, but I think everyone will agree that good physical education class students should actively and independently participate in the whole learning and practice process and achieve good teaching results. How do we do this? From practice, we can see that different teaching methods will make students have different learning interests, mainly as follows:

First, realize the role transformation.

In physical education teaching, teachers should first change their roles from "speaking in groups" to "taking lectures as the leading factor". Let students fully participate in classroom teaching activities, fully display their talents, fully develop their personalities, and truly become the masters of classroom teaching. Of course, whether students-centered classroom teaching can be realized is still in the hands of teachers. Second, explore the problem

In teaching, use 1-2 minutes to stimulate students' curiosity about this lesson, and start with questions to stimulate students' thinking, enthusiasm and inquiry. Third, stimulate students' interest.

Drive interest with problems and solve problems with interest. "Interest is the best teacher" is both a method and a means. Different methods should be adopted according to different teaching materials, that is, how to make students actively and happily receive education, rather than mandatory and mandatory ways, so that students must obey. In teaching, games are often used to further stimulate students' interest in learning. For example, it takes 2-3 minutes for students to set up the venue and put equipment in class. Put the equipment on the playground at will in advance, and take the initiative to let students get it and put it according to the prescribed route through games such as grabbing places and treasure hunting. In this way, students find it fun and exciting, which is far better than the effect of teachers distributing equipment alone. This not only lightens the burden on teachers, but also stimulates students' interest. It will take 5-6 minutes to further stimulate students' interest and desire in learning through games, competitions and other activities. In physical education class, students are often placed in a virtuous circle of "high expectations-high grades-high expectations", which stimulates students' creative thinking. In positive thinking and activities, students' bodies are exercised, and their brains are also given a good opportunity to exercise.

Fourth, master motor skills.

In the study of motor skills: ① Students give full play to their right to choose the best combination, and adopt spontaneous combination groups to study independently for 5-6 minutes. In order to meet the psychological needs of students, let students arrange various forms and methods of practice by themselves. Students are required to show their ability in the quantity, distance, time and quality of completing exercises. ② It takes 1-2 minutes for teachers to explain and demonstrate students' problems and irregular movements; ③ It takes 6-7 minutes for students to solve existing problems and correct irregular actions by themselves. In addition, in practical teaching, we can start with changing the classroom structure, stimulate and mobilize students' enthusiasm to participate in various games and enrich stories, so that students can subtly accept and master basic knowledge and skills in game activities. Through the study of sports skills, the vast majority of students will learn a variety of basic sports skills, and on this basis, they will form their own hobbies, form certain sports specialties, and lay a good foundation for lifelong sports. As teachers, they also actively participate in students, play with students and give corrective measures. Students are not only in a happy mood, but also all parts of their bodies are developing healthily in the activities of illusory situations.

Fifth, experience the fun of sports.

After students meet certain requirements by learning and mastering sports skills, they will turn to let them experience the fun of sports. In 3-4 minutes, students can freely form small groups to communicate with each other, learn from each other, correct mistakes and sum up each other, and feel the success and failure, happiness and hardship, competition and cooperation, emotional catharsis and emotional sublimation brought about by participating in sports. Failure is the mother of success, and success is the mother of success. "Sense of success" is also a catalyst to stimulate students' interest. Use 1-2 minutes to evaluate your achievements in the learning process. Cultivate students to evaluate their own learning situation and guide them to evaluate each other. VII. Thinking and Practice

Let the students strengthen their thinking and reflection on this class after class, and feel how helpful physical education is to study and life in combination with real life. And through daily extracurricular activities, the actions and contents learned are vividly reviewed to strengthen students' memory and improve the quality of actions. Teachers strengthen supervision and inspection. At the same time, in the process of practice, you can also learn the knowledge and methods to carry out sports activities safely, and gain basic activity skills in the wild environment.

In teaching, we first put forward inquiry questions to arouse students' curiosity about what they have learned and stimulate their enthusiasm for thinking and learning. Then, according to the characteristics of the teaching materials, some interesting and gamification competitions are adopted to stimulate students' interest in learning and their participation in what they have learned. When students' enthusiasm for participation is mobilized, they will be transferred to normal teaching activities, from students' simple actions to the formation of actions, so that students can accept and learn independently in games and competitive practice activities and master skills. After students have mastered the required technical level, they will carry out various forms of exercises, so that students can fully enjoy sports and experience different emotional changes such as failure and success, physical fatigue and psychological happiness.
