Food carving Craft and Its Application in Cooking Abstract: food carving originated from the sacrificial activities in ancient China, developed through grand banquets in the courts of past dynasties, and spread among the people. Based on the literature and working experience, this paper mainly discusses food carving's various techniques and skills, and how to better apply them in cooking.
