In this course design, I not only learned professional knowledge, but also learned how to work as a team, because no work can be done by one person. Due to the lack of theoretical knowledge and little design experience, this course design was a bit hectic at first, and I didn't know where to start. In the design process, through consulting a large number of relevant materials, exchanging experiences with classmates, self-study and consulting teachers, I learned a lot of knowledge and experienced a lot of hardships, but I also gained a lot. I have learned a lot in the whole design, and I have established confidence in my working ability, which will have a very important impact on my future study, work and life. The intense and hard two-week course design is over. When I was about to finish the design, I felt completely relieved and my eyes were suddenly enlightened. At first, I was confused about the content of fixture design. After this design, I gained a lot. In the process of collecting information again and again, I virtually combed my professional knowledge. It's really "practice makes perfect"!
Through this design, I fully realized the importance of teamwork. Our design is carried out in groups, about every ten people. Our group of students work together, so they are in good order. Some students analyze parts and processes, some students design fixtures, some students determine the blank size and working hours, and some students draw part drawings ... carefree. If it weren't for Qi Xin's Qi Xin's cooperation and division of labor, it would be quite difficult for one person to finish the design in two weeks.
Through this design, I deeply realized that everything should be serious, meticulous and patient. I am an optimistic and outgoing girl, and I am more active. But design is a very rigorous job, and time is tight, so I have to calm down and design carefully. I was depressed twice because I accidentally miscalculated. But when I thought that I was an adult, I should have a sense of responsibility and social responsibility, so I regained my confidence and continued to count. To tell the truth, design is really a little tired. However, when sorting out their own design results, the rare joy of success swept away all the fatigue. Like the spring breeze, it is refreshing. I know this is a small step in my life and I will be more determined in the future.

I have been in contact with the course of mechanical principle for one semester, and it is this semester that I really feel the fun and boredom of learning machinery. I was attracted by the machines composed of mechanical devices and parts, especially the mechanical technologies such as automobiles, robots and space shuttles, and felt the greatness of mechanical workers. However, this excitement was finally realized near the end of the semester, and we ushered in the first mechanical course design. Because it is the first time to do such a thing, I am out of the teacher's control, discuss the structural design of automatic feeding punch with my classmates in groups, and apply the mechanical principle I have learned for a semester to practice, which is another taste in my heart!
Before the design, the instructor explained all the requirements and conditions in the design process clearly, conceived two parts of the mechanism in his mind, namely the feeding mechanism and the stamping mechanism, designed each part separately, and finally combined them to complete the whole design. This process seems a little simple, but in fact, everything is difficult at the beginning. Unexpectedly, the word "difficult" is almost insurmountable. For example, in order to meet the intermittent conditions of feeding, it is necessary to design a sheave mechanism that meets the motion conditions according to the prescribed motion rules, that is, parameters, which is not mentioned in the course of mechanical principle, because this part is only understood in the textbook, but it is imperative to involve this sheave mechanism in the whole course design. So Zheng and I ran to the library, searched hard, and finally borrowed six reference books related to the course design. After we got it back, we looked at it one by one and browsed the content related to pulleys. As a result, to our delight, all the parameters of the sheave mechanism are listed, and there is another example, which quickly designs the sheave mechanism according to the idea of the example, that is, completes the design of the feeding mechanism.
A grooved wheel feeding mechanism is made, and our stamping mechanism has great problems. It is unheard of to combine cam mechanism and linkage mechanism to complete a specific movement. Cam mechanism is easy to calculate, but the linkage mechanism must meet the angle condition and height condition at the same time, and the analytical method will not be understood in a short time. In order to buy time, we can only choose graphic method. Captain Zhang Ruipeng and Zheng Guang sat in front of the computer all night. Drawing with CAD, communicating with QQ voice, high technology has obviously been introduced into our curriculum design. The two "engineers" spoke out the existing problems while drawing, and finally broke through the problem the next morning when they were working at night. At the same time, the other five of us also came up with two backup schemes, each with improved parameters. A week later, the scheme was basically completed and entered the drawing stage. However, after repeated discussions by seven people before drawing, we decided to adopt the third set of cam-connecting rod combination scheme, because this scheme can well meet the characteristics of quick return, while the other two schemes are lacking in this feature, so the choice of the scheme is settled.
Drawing can be said to be a common practice in learning machinery, but this most basic kung fu is the most time-consuming and tests people's patience and carefulness. Starting from this week, two No.2 drawings must be completed on Wednesday, which will fully present our design organization. Because of the complexity of our organization, in addition to the basic structure diagram, we have to complete the side view of the structure diagram, so that the teacher can read our homework when defending. This task undoubtedly increased our workload. What impressed me most was that after arriving at the studio at one o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, we painted until nine o'clock in the evening in order to finish the drawings before leaving at night. At five o'clock in the afternoon, I was really hungry, so I simply called the fast food to the studio and several people were together.
Finish the course design report and improve the drawings on Wednesday. After getting everything ready, I will wait for the defense on Thursday. I only hope that our group can achieve good results in the defense, that is, the double perfection of process and result. Of course, this is the most perfect ending of this course design.

Today, we carefully design courses and learn to take this step in a down-to-earth manner, which is to lay a solid foundation for running steadily in the social tide tomorrow. To tell the truth, the course design is really a little tired. However, when I set out to sort out my design results and relive my mental journey in the past two weeks, a rare joy of success immediately made me feel tired.
Many people may think that two weeks is a long time for curriculum design, but we simply feel that time is not enough. These days, we go out early and come back late every day. Except for eating in the dormitory and canteen, we spend the rest of our time doing courses at the base. The overall arrangement of these two weeks is to do topic selection, background investigation, demand analysis and conceptual design in the first week. In this process, we collected information online, selected the direction, put forward a preliminary plan, and after several repeated revisions and discussions, basically determined the topic selection and implementation principles. The second week's task is to pay attention to detail design. At this stage, we have a clear and orderly division of labor. Huang and I are responsible for modeling and animation, because we have a certain modeling foundation, and are responsible for the arrangement and description of documents and pictures. I think this is my most fulfilling day. After the conceptual design, we all thought we had a deep understanding of the scheme, but when it comes to details, we underestimated its difficulty. It is necessary to determine the size and position of each part. Need to assemble screws, bearings and circlips. I never realized that assembly was so technical. After four days' hard work, Huang and Du completed this task well. In the meantime, I think. This is my notebook, which almost always ends in a crash. Finally, there are more than 100 parts and more than 300 assembly constraints in the assembly. As long as one dimension is modified, the position of many parts will be driven. Finally, there is really no way to do animation, so we have to delete some structural features such as rounded corners, grooves and ribs, and even some screws, nuts and circlips that do not affect the constraints. Even so, the animation will take nearly eight hours to render. During the period, I suffered too much and hesitated too much, but only after experience can I learn knowledge. There are many types of mechanisms we use, which makes me have a new understanding of the theoretical knowledge of mechanical principles. There must be theoretical guidance for the selection of groove number of grooved wheel and dial pin, the contour design of cam, the analysis and optimization of its motion performance, the selection of gear modulus and tooth number, the calculation of modification coefficient, the application of quick return characteristics in crank slider and the design of rod length. Why do we have to get together? Only by designing things with your own hands can you know why, so that you can truly realize the importance of learning mechanical principles well.
Another thing I gained may be my understanding of design methods and CAD. I have studied some CAD software before, and I have also done some modeling and software testing projects with my teacher. It is the first time to express my design ideas in detail with CAD software. What is the most important thing? Everyone may have a different understanding of this problem, but in my opinion, the most important thing is to always remember what the purpose of drawing with CAD is. We carry out engineering design, no matter what major, what stage, three-dimensional or two-dimensional, in fact, in order to express and reflect some design ideas or design contents in the design documents. And graphics are an intuitive, accurate, eye-catching and easy-to-communicate expression. Therefore, what we have finished (whether it is the final design document or the process document submitted to other majors as a condition) will definitely help us express our design ideas and contents. With this premise, we should understand that good computer modeling should have the following two characteristics: clarity and accuracy.
Because of some previous experience, this time I didn't follow the traditional design from parts, then assembly, inspection and motion simulation, but tried a familiar but not practiced design method: top-down design. This is a step-by-step design process and method. Decompose the main scheme, define each module and mechanism, and put the unsolved problems as subtasks to the next level for solution. In this way, the definition, design and debugging are carried out layer by layer. When designing according to the top-down method, we must first have a comprehensive understanding of the designed system. Then from the top, that is, from the beginning of assembly, it is decomposed into sub-assemblies, and finally into the parameters and positioning of each part and the selection of standard parts. In this way, the design speed will be obviously accelerated (which is also an important reason why we can complete the modeling in such a short time), and the modules are independent of each other and the coupling degree is low, so there will be no problems such as motion contradiction or interference between modules in the end.
Although this is the first step for me to learn to walk, and it is also a little victory in my life, it makes me feel a lot more mature and I don't know how to sleep. Through the course design, I deeply realized that everything must be patient and meticulous. It also made me realize the happiness of win-win cooperation.
That's all I know. In short, no matter what I have learned, I still can't learn anything. I really find it difficult. It's really hard to start everything, and I don't know how to start. Finally, I finished it with confidence. Another conclusion is drawn: knowledge can only realize its value through application! Some things are thought to be learned, but they are two different things to really use, so I think they are really learned only when they are really used!
