1, grip method
There is no fixed pattern of backhand grip. You can hold the racket with both hands and half western style, or you can hold the racket with your right hand and half western style with your left hand. Your right hand is relaxed and your left hand exerts its power to dominate the swing. You can try anything. Personally, I think it is more convenient to hold the racket with both hands and the right hand does not need to change the grip.
Step 2 prepare for posture
The preparation posture of backhand stroke is the same as forehand stroke: facing the net, the feet are naturally separated with the shoulder width of the opponent, the knees are slightly bent, the body leans forward slightly, the center of gravity falls on the sole of the foot, the right hand holds the racket, the left hand lightly holds the racket neck, the elbow is slightly bent, the racket is comfortably placed in front of you, and the support surface is perpendicular to the racket head and points to the other side, ready to hit the ball.
Step 3 shoot in the previous step
When it is judged that the direction of the incoming ball is backhand, the foot should be adjusted in small steps after running to the approximate hitting area. Finally, the right foot moves forward to the left foot, and the left foot turns to the left at a certain angle, so that the left toe cannot point backward, and at the same time, the waist and the left shoulder are driven to rotate. The rotation of the shoulder drives both hands to lead the racket to the left and right rear, and the height of the racket remains unchanged. The center of gravity of the body shifts to the left foot, with both hands pointing backwards as far as possible, elbow slightly flexed, arms away from the body, and eyes fixed on the front.
