Gansu Teachers College for Nationalities, referred to as "Gansu People's College", is located in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. It is a public full-time ordinary undergraduate school founded by the people of China, the State Ethnic Affairs Commission and the Gansu Provincial People's Government. Gansu Teachers College for Nationalities was founded in 1984, formerly known as Cooperative Teachers College for Nationalities. In March 2009, it was upgraded to an ordinary undergraduate college with the approval of the Ministry of Education. 20 13 was approved by Gansu Provincial People's Government and State Ethnic Affairs Commission in May.
