How to cultivate children's good behavior habits
Abstract habit is a long-term way of thinking and attitude towards life, which is formed by repeated thoughts and behaviors. The cultivation of good habits is very important for the development of a person's life, and good habits will benefit people for life. To cultivate a person's good behavior habits, we must start from an early age. Children are in the early stage of life, with strong plasticity and poor self-control ability. Children are not only a critical period for developing good behavior habits, but also a dangerous stage for catching bad behavior habits. If you don't cultivate good behavior habits in time, you will miss the best opportunity. A bad habit is hard to change, but habit becomes nature. This paper focuses on the causes of children's bad habits in life, environment, behavior, hygiene, mood, work and rest, and labor, and the measures to cultivate children's good behavior habits. The thesis is divided into seven viewpoints. Generally speaking, the development of children's good behavior habits can not be separated from the guidance and education of adults. In the process of education, scientific and appropriate educational methods should be adopted to guide and promote the cultivation of children's behavior habits step by step.

Good behavior habits should be developed from childhood, and good behavior habits developed in early childhood can benefit a person for life. Makako, a Soviet educator, once said, "If we can't give reasonable education in early childhood and make children develop bad consciousness and behavior habits, it will bring many times and dozens of times of difficulties to re-education in the future." Chen Heqin, a famous educator, said: "Eighty-nine percent of people's actions are habits, and most of these habits were formed in childhood, so we should pay special attention to the formation of childhood habits. But habits are not uniform, there are good and bad; If you have a good habit, you will be happy all your life. If you have a bad habit, you will be tired all your life. " Therefore, the cultivation of good behavior habits is very important for children's lifelong development.

What are the causes of bad behavior habits? What is the current situation of children's daily behavior habits? How should kindergarten teachers cultivate children's good behavior habits? ...................................................................................................................................................................

Through the observation and contact with children, it is found that children are strong, smart and have many worrying bad behavior habits. In terms of hygiene habits, some people throw paper scraps, don't cherish things, and don't wash their hands before and after meals; In terms of living habits, some people have poor independent living ability and strong dependence, some love to sleep late and don't go to the park on time; In eating habits, there are partial eclipse, picky eaters, and do not cherish food; In terms of moral behavior habits, they don't cherish the fruits of others' labor, deliberately destroy them, don't abide by discipline, can't tell whether they are their own or others' goods, want to take them when they see what they like, and are willful, unfriendly to their peers and disrespectful to their elders.

There are three reasons for these bad behavior habits: First, parents' consciousness. The only child has become a common social phenomenon in China, especially now it is the second generation of the only child. Parents all expect their children to make a fortune in the future and become a pillar of the country, but how to cultivate and educate their children in early childhood? Many parents violate the view that children grow up healthily physically and mentally. When it comes to training and education, parents first think of how many Chinese characters their children can know, how many Tang poems they can recite, and addition and subtraction within dozens; How to cultivate children's interest in painting, dancing, musical instruments and other hobbies; Few people pay attention to whether children have good quality, life, hygiene and behavior habits. I didn't spend time to cultivate and train children's good behavior habits. I think these are trivial things, which will naturally change slowly when you get older. Second, grandparents are too pampered, indulgent, accommodating and responsive, which leads to the formation of bad behavior habits such as excessive dependence, willfulness and bullying. On the contrary, it makes children's psychological endurance poor, afraid of setbacks, afraid to try, and poor self-care ability; Third, kindergarten teachers ignore the training and education of some details, and think that there is no need to waste your breath with the management of full-time nurses. Teachers and these children with bad behavior habits often establish a bad relationship between teachers and children at the initial stage of communication, which will have a negative impact on children's development and further worsen the relationship between teachers and children. As educators, teachers should take the initiative to guide children's development, and should not be subject to children's bad behavior habits. Therefore, teachers should strengthen their awareness of developmental response, be patient and persistent with children with bad behavior characteristics, and often reflect on their relationship with class children. In fact, preschool teachers should not only teach preschool five basic knowledge, but also take care of preschool children's daily life, such as diet, sleep, washing, hygiene, disease prevention and safety. Compared with reading and writing, this is undoubtedly our basic work. These bad habits in life seem insignificant, but if they are not corrected and guided correctly in early childhood, they will have a negative impact on the healthy growth of children. In the process of continuous exploration, practice and accumulation, I have gained a little.

First, carefully observe, actively guide and correct bad behavior habits.

Some bad behaviors of children are formed unconsciously, so teachers should carefully observe and actively guide them. For example, for the convenience of children, nurses in my class will fold a thick stack of toilet paper every two or three days. For a time, I felt strange that I had to prepare a stack of paper every day. Inadvertently, I discovered the secret of running out of paper. It turned out to be the "masterpiece" of a child named XX in my class. Every time she uses paper by herself, she puts it in her pocket and bag. When I discovered the secret, I was expressionless. In class, I said, "The toilet paper babies in our class have wings. It will fly away, sometimes in the child's pocket, sometimes in the child's schoolbag. The flying paper doll can't find her home. That child will help the paper doll and send it home. " After class, I take the children to outdoor activities. When I returned to the classroom, the paper came back quietly. So I asked the whole class to celebrate the paper baby's coming home with applause, and also educated the whole class to distinguish their own belongings from others', not to say that they can't take them home. After this incident, the magnetic thumbtack brought home by XX children was also encouraged by a small red flower and returned to the blackboard when teachers and children were not paying attention. Many children's lost pencils, erasers, toys and books have also been returned to their original owners.
