The "Program" requires that party committees at all levels, leading cadres at all levels should focus on implementing the main responsibility of building a clean and honest government, sort out the main responsibilities of teams and members within their responsibilities, clarify their thinking, strengthen their sense of responsibility, implement "one post and two responsibilities", understand the thoughts and work of party member cadres within their responsibilities, and take the lead in building a clean and honest government. All departments at all levels should, on the basis of formulating the power list and combining their work responsibilities, conscientiously formulate the list of main responsibilities of the Party Committee, the Party Group and the Party Committee in building a clean and honest government. Team members at all levels should sort out the list of personal main responsibilities according to the division of responsibilities, publicize them and accept supervision.

Departments at all levels should, in accordance with the requirements of governing the country according to law and the party according to regulations, organize party member cadres to study Party disciplines and regulations such as "* * *" and "Several Guidelines for Leading Cadres in party member" in depth by holding special study meetings, centralized study and individual study, and regard the study of Party disciplines and regulations as the study content of the central study group of departments at all levels.

The "Proposal" emphasizes that it is necessary to carry out cross-checks around "strict self-cultivation, strict use of power, strict self-discipline, seeking truth from facts, starting a business by officials, seeking truth and being pragmatic", continue to do a good job in work style construction, consciously practice "three strictness and three realities", constantly change work style, earnestly be strict with yourself, seek truth from facts, and implement the "three strictness". Leading cadres in party member at all levels and departments should carefully examine their ideals, beliefs, interests and hobbies, think deeply about whether power is used by the people, whether they abide by party discipline and state laws, whether they are diligent and honest, whether they plan their career and work from reality, whether they dare to take responsibility, whether they are loyal to the party, seriously think and deeply reflect, and ask leading cadres in party member to answer one by one through democratic life meetings and symposiums.

Give full play to the radiation function of the city's warning education month, carry out the "three views and two thoughts" activity with the main content of "thinking about health in the hospital, thinking about freedom in the prison and thinking about life in the crematorium", organize the members of the leading group of the department and the personnel in key positions to receive warning education, and educate cadres and workers to cherish their posts, careers, families and personal struggles through warning, reminding, moving and strengthening.

The "Proposal" emphasizes that the Municipal Party Committee will organize and supervise the activities of warning education month carried out by party committees at all levels and departments, and require all levels and departments to strengthen leadership, make careful arrangements, formulate concrete and feasible activity plans, combine educational activities with current work, innovate means and forms, make overall plans and make reasonable arrangements, and integrate the "Four in My Heart" education into business education, into the working environment, and effectively enhance the educational effect. At the same time, discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels should promptly announce the major cases recently investigated, increase the publicity of cases, give play to the warning education role of case investigation, and expand the coverage and influence of warning education activities.

More than 50 cadres and workers from all over the region attended the meeting, aiming at further strengthening the consciousness of loyalty, purpose, responsibility and discipline of party member cadres, and effectively promoting party member cadres to implement the main responsibility of building a clean and honest party style.

The first is to carry out special study on party discipline and political discipline regulations. The meeting demanded that party member cadres in the whole region should take Party discipline and relevant laws and regulations as important contents of their study in accordance with the requirements of governing the country according to law and regulations. It is necessary to further deepen the study of Party discipline, party rules and other relevant laws and regulations, such as * * *, some guidelines for leading cadres in party member, regulations on disciplinary action in China, civil servant law in People's Republic of China (PRC), regulations on disciplinary action for civil servants in administrative organs, etc. , and carefully take study notes, write a good learning experience.

The Party Committee of the County Education Bureau organized principals and teachers of all schools to carry out anti-corruption warning education activities. This warning education activity is an important measure of the county education bureau to strengthen the construction of party style and clean government under the new situation, which is very necessary and timely. Through this activity, I realized:

First, leading cadres must always establish firm and correct ideals and beliefs, which is the foundation of being a man and doing things. People often make mistakes in one mind. In essence, this "heart" is dominated by accepting ideas and beliefs, and beliefs are the foundation and guarantee. We should abandon the wrong ideas such as money worship, hedonism and extreme individualism, always adhere to the ideals and beliefs of building the party for the public and governing for the people, and establish a correct world outlook, values and outlook on life.

Second, leading cadres should use their power carefully. Power is a double-edged sword. Only by taking power for the public can we win the praise and respect of the people, and it is difficult to avoid the end of ruin by abusing power for personal gain. Power is endowed by the people. Whether it is the decision-making power, executive power, selection and appointment power, administrative examination and approval power or financial management power mastered by leading cadres, it is a kind of public power entrusted by the people to implement. We should use power for the people and consciously straighten out the relationship between individuals and power.

Third, leading cadres should strictly abide by the party's discipline and consciously accept supervision. Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, under the new environment and conditions, some leading cadres have a weak sense of discipline and always think that discipline is a "soft constraint." As long as they don't break the law and commit a little "small discipline", it's nothing. Numerous facts show that this view is extremely wrong. Therefore, party member cadres should strictly abide by the four disciplines and eight requirements of honesty and self-discipline, take the Party's discipline as the criterion, restrain their daily words and deeds, beware of muddling along, be cautious in what they say and do, consciously accept the supervision of the masses, and keep in mind that "no good, no evil".

Fourth, party member cadres should be more self-disciplined, sound the alarm, build a solid defense line and persevere. And firmly establish the concept of "honesty and self-discipline, no trivial matters", enhance the awareness of law and discipline, and consciously use party discipline and state law to restrain themselves. Take advanced models as an example, be pragmatic and enterprising, go deep into teaching practice, and be the forerunner of educational reform; Remind yourself with negative examples that at any time and under any circumstances, you will not be tired of things, confused by names, fascinated by profits, and driven by desires. Fifth, honesty is the foundation of teachers' teaching, and clean government is the foundation of education development. The construction of a clean government is not only a matter for the party and the government, but also closely related to the relationship between schools and teachers and students. The construction of a clean and honest culture in schools is conducive to strengthening teachers' moral cultivation and students' ideological and moral education, enabling students to cultivate anti-corruption awareness from adolescence and promoting the formation of a social and cultural environment in which the whole society is proud of honesty and ashamed of greed; It is conducive to cultivating students' correct values and noble moral sentiments, so that students are immune to corruption from an early age; Conducive to administering education according to law and preventing corruption; Establish a good image of education in * * * schools and promote the healthy and harmonious development of education.

As an educator, we must deeply reflect on ourselves through warning education and know what problems and deficiencies we still have in our ideals and beliefs, political life, work and study, and transforming the subjective world. In the future work, do what you should do better, don't be opinionated, deceive the superior and deceive the inferior, cheat and seek pleasure. As a result, don't shoot yourself in the foot.

First, strengthen study and improve the understanding of transforming the world outlook and politics and law.

Under the conditions of reform and opening up and developing market economy, if we relax the transformation of world outlook and self-restraint and management, we will become the prisoners of bourgeois money worship. We should adhere to the belief that education serves the people and contributes to society. Through this warning education and study, we should profoundly realize that as people's teachers, we should always warn ourselves with discipline and legal constraints, and firmly establish a vigilant understanding and knowledge of the rule of law. Keep up with the pace of the times, grasp the pulse of the times, always be consistent with the CPC Central Committee, be pragmatic and keep pace with the times. Constantly enhance self-discipline and the ability to resist corruption and change, and build two lines of defense from the depths of thought: party discipline, state law and moral understanding.
