With the rapid development of economy and the gradual improvement of financial system and real estate policy, the real estate market, as a hot emerging industry, has risen rapidly and played an important role in the development of national economy. For real estate enterprises, high profit means high investment, and high risk is the shadow of high investment.

This paper mainly analyzes financial risk management and studies related control methods. First of all, research and analyze the development of real estate enterprises, identify hidden dangers, and thus identify the financial risks faced by enterprises. Secondly, the causes of financial risk are analyzed from different angles, and the macro and micro factors of financial risk are expounded in detail. Then a financial risk identification method suitable for real estate enterprises is proposed. And put forward risk control suggestions. Finally, taking Wanda Company as an example, this paper analyzes its risk control methods.
