(1) Before going out to work, you should "make three chapters" with your children. It is best to form a written agreement with your child before going out. For example, to reach the level of study, we must finish our homework on time and unite our classmates; Pay attention to hygiene in living habits, take a bath regularly, wash clothes by yourself, dress neatly, and so on. Each item includes several minor items, and each item contains a certain score, with a total score of 100, so that guardians can strictly supervise the implementation, and use these "agreements" to bind children, so that they can "have laws to follow" in their daily lives and have certain codes of conduct, and check them one by one after returning home.
(2) Keep in touch with teachers. At present, most rural primary and secondary schools have implemented the "follow-up system", that is, teachers teach from grade one to grade six. Teachers have formed deep feelings with children in their long-term study and life, and they know their hobbies, abilities and specialties like the back of their hands. They can fully grasp their behavior habits, learning attitudes and ideological quality, and set up student status files and social files for each "left-behind child". The teacher can clearly feel that there is something wrong with the child in a certain link, so he can take timely measures to criticize and educate the child and keep the child away from those "risk factors". But some things can't be solved unilaterally by teachers, and parents need to actively cooperate. Therefore, friends who go out to work should have more contact with teachers, often know about the various situations of their children at school, closely cooperate with the school, and educate their children well.
(3) Try to avoid intergenerational education. "Parents are the best teachers for children." Parents' good habits, such as respecting the old and loving the young, being hardworking and kind, and being thrifty, will exert a subtle influence on their children in life. Therefore, every friend of migrant workers should assess the situation, weigh the pros and cons, and properly handle the relationship between migrant workers and "left-behind children" education when going out. Those who can earn money locally do not go out, which can avoid the resolute avoidance of husband and wife going out at the same time. When you go out to work, you should take your children with you, let them study and live with their parents who go to work in the city, let them grow up healthily in the bath of equality, care and affection, and try to avoid intergenerational education.
(4) When children encounter difficulties in entering school, they can seek help from the local education authorities or the local government. China's Compulsory Education Law clearly stipulates that as long as farmers who go out to work live in a certain jurisdiction, their children will enjoy the right to go to school nearby free of charge, and they will enjoy the same right to education as their children in the jurisdiction without having to look at the "hukou" or pay the "borrowing fee". Therefore, if they encounter difficulties in sending their children to school, they can find the local education authorities to solve them.
(5) Children who can live on campus do not go to school. Due to the scattered rural population, after parents go to work in cities, the safety of children on the long way to school is worrying, and the problems of life and academic counseling are also very prominent. Therefore, in order to ensure the safety of children and make them grow up happily and healthily, we should create a good growth environment for them among teachers and classmates. Living on campus can not only ensure the safety of children, but also make up for the lack of family education for left-behind children at present.
(six) to promote the school to implement the "left-behind children's institutional paternalism". At present, all departments are proposing that qualified employees, volunteers and * * * party member volunteer to be the "parents" of left-behind children, bring them to live at home regularly, visit schools regularly, care about their hearts, care about their lives, guide their studies, understand their thoughts, let them be influenced by family ties, create a harmonious and warm atmosphere, and ensure the healthy growth of left-behind children to the maximum extent.
"Expecting children to succeed" is every parent's greatest wish. We sincerely hope that farmers who work outside the home will grow up healthily while making big money! (Wei Yun, Guizhou)
