Second, the binding of graduation thesis and related materials
Graduation papers should be bound in order, and the cover, task book, comment form, Chinese abstract and catalogue, text, references, thanks and appendix should be bound together. When binding, the paper that exceeds the specified size should be folded.
Third, the content of writing
The content of writing should include the following aspects:
1, title. Title words should be appropriate, not more than 20 words. If you must put some details in the title, it can be divided into main title and subtitle.
2. Abstracts and keywords. The Chinese abstract of the paper is about 300 words, generally 3 ~ 5 keywords are appropriate.
3. Contents. According to the three-level heading (i.e.1...,1...,1...), the appendix should also be listed in the table of contents.
4. Text. Including introduction, text and conclusion.
5. References. The main documents that should be included can be less than 10, not too much.
6. Thank you. I should express my gratitude to those who gave me direct guidance and help in the process of writing my thesis.
7. Appendix. For some content that is not suitable for the text but has reference value, it can be compiled into an appendix.
Four, graduation thesis writing rules
1, writing. It is required to print papers on A4 paper, and the format should be standardized.
2. Punctuation. It should be used in accordance with the Usage of Punctuation Marks published by the Press and Publication Administration.
3. Nouns and names. The terminology of scientific and technical terms should adopt the standardized words published by the National Natural Science Terminology Examination Committee or the names specified in national standards and ministerial standards as far as possible. For terms that are not uniformly defined or whose names are controversial, the usual names can be used. When foreign abbreviations are used instead of noun terms, their meanings should be indicated in brackets when they first appear. Foreigners' names generally adopt English original names. Generally well-known foreign names (such as Newton, Darwin, Marx, etc. ) can be translated according to the usual standard translation methods.
4. Quantity and unit. Quantity and unit must adopt People's Republic of China (PRC) national standard GB 3 100 ~ GB 3 102-93, and adopt the International System of Units (SI). Units of non-physical quantities can be combined with Chinese characters and symbols.
5. Numbers. Arabic numerals are always used in econometric statistics, but they are generally not used when describing small numbers. Approximate figures can be chinese numerals or Arabic numerals.
6. Title level. All title levels should be orderly, neat and clear. The same level should be expressed in a unified way, and the contents under the titles at all levels in the text should correspond to their respective titles, and there should be no contents unrelated to the titles. Each chapter is written on a separate page.
The two levels of the title are separated by a dot at the bottom corner, and there is no punctuation at the end of each level. The first three titles are written separately. The first-level title is written in the middle, and there is a Chinese character between the ordinal number and the title; The ordinal number of the second-level and third-level titles is written in the top box, and the title is written in the blank box at the back, without punctuation at the end, and a new line is started. The title of the fourth level is written in two Chinese character ordinal numbers, followed by a space. After the title, the content can be written directly or on a new line according to the situation. This form should be avoided as far as possible. (1) and (2) titles that occupy a single line below the fourth level can be expressed in the form of 12③ ... or the first and second ... titles are written in two Chinese characters, and then the title and content can be written directly.
7. Take notes. When individual nouns or situations need to be explained, they can be explained, and notes can be taken at the end of the page or at the end of the text, but not in the middle. The comments at the end of the page are only written on the same page where the comment symbol appears, and writing on other pages is not allowed.
8. Formula. Formula numbers are numbered according to chapter groups, for example, the fourth formula number in Chapter 2 is (2.4). The formula should be entered by the formula editor and the default format should be selected. The formula number should be aligned to the right, and no dotted line should be added between the formula and the number, and the formula should be adjusted to be basically centered.
9. Form. Each form should have a preface and a title, and the preface should be numbered according to the chapter. The preface and title should be written in the middle of the top of the table, and the title should be written in the blank space after the preface. The table is allowed to be written on the next page, the title of the table can be omitted, the header should be written repeatedly, and "Continued Table ××" should be written on the upper right.
10, illustration. The illustration of graduation design must be carefully made, the line thickness should be appropriate, and the drawings should be neat and beautiful. Each illustration should have a drawing sequence and a drawing name. The drawing sequence should be numbered in chapters, and the drawing sequence and the drawing name should be placed in the center below the drawing position. The map should be drawn with ink lines on tracing paper or white paper, or by computer.
1 1, typesetting and printing format
(1) Chinese abstract: The word "abstract" is printed in the center in bold type No.3, and each paragraph is set to 1 line; The content is written in Song Dynasty No.4, and the format refers to the text. Write keywords in the middle with blank lines, and "keywords:" with two Chinese characters in small four bold, and then write the content directly, in small four song style, with the format referring to the text.
(2) Contents: Print the words "Contents" in bold type No.3 in the middle, and set 1 line before and after each paragraph; The content is written in Xiaosi Song, the title of the chapter is in bold, and others refer to the text format.
(3) Page setup: A4 paper, single-sided printing. Top 3cm, bottom 2.5cm, left 2.5cm, right 2cm, binding line 0.5cm, select "asymmetric margin", header 1.8cm, footer 1.5cm.
(4) Header setting: Type "Graduation Design (Thesis) of Adult Higher Education College (Junior College)" in the middle with small five font.
(5) Footer setting: insert the page number and center it. There are no page numbers in the catalogue; Text, references and acknowledgements are inserted in the page numbers with Arabic numerals.
(6) Text: All Chinese characters are in Song Dynasty, the title is black, the chapter title is small four characters, the content is small four characters in Song Dynasty, and the numbers and English are small four characters in Times New Roman.
(7) Text paragraph format: the line spacing is fixed at 20 points, and there are 0 lines before and after the paragraph. The title can be widened appropriately, and the paragraph is set to 0.5 lines before and after.
12, references. List the documents directly read and quoted by the author in the article and put them at the end of the article. The writing format of references should conform to the national standard GB77 14-87-87. References are numbered consecutively and naturally with Arabic numerals in the order in which they appear in the text, and sequence codes should be enclosed in square brackets.
The typesetting of the first page of the reference is to print the word "reference" in the middle with No.3 bold, set the front and back of the paragraph as 1 line, and print the reference with No.5 Song in turn, from left to hanging indent.

Serial number Author, title, publication name, publication year, volume number (issue number): the starting or starting page number of the citation.
2. Works
Author of serial number, title of the book, edition (not marked in 1 edition), place of publication: publishing house, year of publication, and page number of citation.
