Road and Bridge Construction Log Template

The construction log is an important resume document of engineering construction technology, which should be filled out separately by unit or single project and included in the completion document. The following is the template of road and bridge construction log that I share with you. Welcome to read and browse.

(a) the construction log is an important project construction technical resume file, which should be filled out separately by unit or single project and included in the completion document. Several items shall not be mixed or cross-filled.

Requirements: The record of the construction log should reflect every link and formation process of each project construction as concisely and quickly as possible, so as to ensure convenient, quick and comprehensive access. It is not recommended to mix or cross fill several piers and several projects. Therefore, in order to facilitate future data archiving, the construction log is required to be filled in according to the following individual projects:

1, bridge engineering

(1) The following works of the beam department:

● Fill in each pier separately (from foundation, bearing platform, pier body, top cap, supporting cushion stone and related embedded parts, cone accessories, etc.). ).

(2) The bridge project shall be filled in according to the following four aspects:

● Precast beam prefabrication:

● Cast-in-place construction beams shall be filled in according to each part (from formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, formwork removal, maintenance, tensioning, full pouring and related ancillary works, etc.). ).

● Installation of precast beam:

● Bridge deck system engineering shall be filled out separately according to the construction operation surface.

2, culvert engineering

Fill in separately according to each seat.

3, tunnel engineering: according to the working face.

4, subgrade engineering

Fill in according to the construction section.

(two) the construction log by the project (point) construction director or technical director in accordance with the provisions of the content of daily continuous filling, not every other day, jump day or rest day; The handwriting is neat and clear, and shall not be altered; Blue-black or carbon ink pen should be used for writing, and no other ink or computer printing is allowed; ? Record? Columns should be filled in continuously, and blank lines, paragraphs and pages are not allowed; Where should I add? Remarks? Write it in the column, and where should I record the problem? Remarks? Used in the column? *? Identify and mark the page number of correction and verification records.

Requirements:

1, which must be filled in by the site construction director or technical director, and shall not be filled in by librarians or other non-engineering and technical personnel.

2. Can it be used when there is no construction or shutdown for a continuous period of time? Month? Solstice? Year? Month? Japanese career? Not under construction? Formal expression, no need to record it every day? No construction or shutdown? And so on.

(3) The construction log records should be detailed and appropriate, highlight key points, pay attention to the contents related to the formation process of engineering quality, and ensure the traceability of engineering quality. Do not write anything that has nothing to do with engineering construction and quality formation.

Pay attention to the following aspects:

1, it is important to record the contents related to the formation process of engineering quality, and other contents should be refined appropriately.

2. What should be used for the construction log? Narrative? In the form of shall not be used? Summary report, argumentative paper? The same form. The description of each key process or major event in the construction log should reflect the time, place, personnel, process, result (theory) and other elements as much as possible;

(1) time: it should be specific to the time when each key working procedure or major event occurs. For example, when to start measuring and setting out, when to report to the supervisor for inspection, when to accept, when to agree to the construction of the next working procedure, and so on.

(2) Location: Generally, it is the construction site, but when some events are involved in the conference room or other places, it should be made clear.

(3) Person: The name of the main responsible person involved in each key process or event should be clearly written (generally, it is not necessary to write). Staff should write their full names, not abbreviations or titles.

(4) Process: It is necessary to explain in detail who did each key process or event, how to do it, how to test the project and data, and related qualitative descriptions.

(5) Results (theory): If it is a test item, whether it is qualified or not and the report number shall be stated; In order to judge whether the next process can be carried out, it should be clear whether the next process can be carried out and the units or personnel who agree to carry out the next process.

(4) The contents to be filled in shall at least include:

1. Describe the basic situation of this project separately on the home page. It mainly includes design overview, main construction leaders, technical leaders, quality inspection engineers, supervision engineers, commencement and completion dates, etc.

2. According to the construction sequence, truthfully record the formation of the project. The whole process:

(1) Daily climate, construction method, labor arrangement, mechanical configuration, construction operation, construction progress and engineering geological changes during the construction period.

(2) Relevant work records, such as field sampling, test, measurement, technical disclosure, etc. , should be checked with the relevant information on site, to prevent poor, wrong, missing, missing, wrong records, to ensure the consistency of relevant information.

(3) Process inspection, concealed engineering inspection and acceptance, and inspection and acceptance conclusion.

(4) Specifications, quantities and test results of main materials used in daily life.

(5) Major technical problems encountered in construction, main measures for changing design and substituting main engineering materials and records of their effects.

(6) Records of engineering quality accidents and treatment improvement during construction.

(7) Shutdown and reasons (important events in the process of shutdown shall be recorded).

(8) Quality requirements, problems found in inspection, relevant instructions put forward by superior personnel, problems existing in construction and rectification.

(9) New technologies, new materials, new equipment and new processes adopted in the construction.

(10) Other information related to engineering construction and quality formation.

Special note: the above items are not available in every project or every day, but are filled in according to the actual situation and highlight the key points.

3. The problems recorded in the construction log must be corrected and verified in order to solve the problems.
