One sip of wine brings 7 kinds of cancers! Moderate drinking is good for health? Research: does not exist
Wine, for many people, is something that is hard to refuse ~

It is often said that drinking a little wine and drinking in moderation is good for your health.

I have to say that if you say something, someone will believe it ... Few people in life doubt its authenticity, but in fact, ...

A paper published by The Lancet in August 20 18 shows that:

Of the more than 32 million people who die of various causes every year in the world, 2.8 million are directly caused by drinking. Drinking is the number one killer of young and middle-aged men (15-49 years old) in the world!

China has the largest number of deaths due to drinking in the world. Every year, 700,000 people drink their lives, of which 650,000 are men.

The paper also said that the safest drinking amount is 0, and only if you don't drink alcohol can you be healthy. There is no saying that moderate drinking is good for health!

When this conclusion came out, it subverted many people's cognition. Everyone knows that smoking is harmful to health, but little is known about the harm of drinking, which is often selectively ignored.

The World Health Organization has long listed alcohol as a carcinogen, and 5.5% of cancers and 5.8% of cancer deaths worldwide are caused by alcohol.

As early as 20 16, a review article published in Addiction magazine emphasized that drinking alcohol will lead to the high incidence of seven cancers: oral cancer, laryngeal cancer, nasal cancer, esophageal cancer, intestinal cancer, liver cancer and breast cancer.

In other words, if a person likes drinking at ordinary times, cancer is found in these seven parts, which is probably influenced by alcohol.

Why does alcohol cause cancer? A paper in Nature confirmed that drinking alcohol is harmful to health, because acetaldehyde, the decomposition product of ethanol, can destroy DNA in cells.

When a large amount of alcohol is converted into acetaldehyde, if there is not enough acetaldehyde dehydrogenase to catalyze it, it will be decomposed into acetic acid immediately, and a large amount of acetaldehyde will run into the DNA of cells all over the body to "make trouble", greatly increasing the risk of cancer. People in China, in particular, have genetic defects in alcohol metabolism and cannot effectively degrade acetaldehyde, which is more risky.

In addition to causing cancer, drinking alcohol has the following hazards:

1, increasing the risk of stroke: Studies have shown that the risk of stroke will increase by 35% when drinking 40g every day.

2, drinking alcohol hurts the liver: the more alcohol you drink, the longer the alcohol age, the more serious the damage to the liver. After a long time, it will lead to alcoholic hepatitis, cirrhosis and even liver failure.

3, affecting the gastrointestinal tract: a lot of drinking can cause gastric ulcer, gastric acid reflux, causing heartburn and inflammatory reaction. Alcohol can interfere with gastric acid secretion, delay gastric emptying and damage intestinal peristalsis.

4, affecting sleep: long-term drinking before going to bed will cause different degrees of brain cell damage, leading to problems such as insufficient blood supply to the brain and lack of oxygen in the brain, which not only does not help sleep, but is not conducive to sleep.

5, affecting the skin: alcohol will dehydrate the skin, make wrinkles and fine lines become obvious, and also lead to the expansion of blood vessels on the skin surface, forming obvious red and purple lines over time, especially on the cheeks.

......

Seeing this, do you still think that a sip of wine will be all right? Drinking is refreshing for a while, but if it is at the expense of health, I hope everyone will think twice.
