1. First open the word document, click Insert Form, and then click the cross icon in the upper left corner of the form to select all forms.
2. Enter the page after selecting all, and click Layout Selection Properties.
3. Then click the input option and check the box in front of "Automatically resize to fit the content".
4. At this point, click Insert on the toolbar and select a picture in the Insert tab.
5. Finally, select all forms, click on the border in the design, select no border, remove the border and arrange it neatly.
