According to the automatic control requirements of production equipment in chlor-alkali battery limit, DCS system is adopted in this design to complete the automatic control of production equipment projects in chlor-alkali battery limit. This design includes the requirements of the project in terms of configuration scale, system functions and technical performance.

100Kt/a nitrochlorobenzene plant, which is divided into four units: acid mixing, nitration, rectification and crystallization;
This technology mainly adopts step-by-step crystallization technology, which combines a single distillation column with step-by-step crystallization technology to separate and extract p-nitrochlorobenzene from the mixed solution of o-,p-and m-nitrochlorobenzene, and the product quality reaches the national excellent standard. The quality of by-product o-nitrochlorobenzene also reached the national standard, and the purity of by-product m-nitrochlorobenzene was 30%. Function and technical index: purity of p-nitrochlorobenzene: ≥98.8%. Purity of o-nitrochlorobenzene: ≥99% Purity of m-nitrochlorobenzene: ≥30%. Main equipment: distillation column, step crystallizer. Main raw materials and sources: nitrochlorobenzene mixed solution, domestic supply.
