In the year of his graduation, it was published by Nanjing Normal University Press, which had a certain influence in theoretical circles and primary and secondary schools, indicating people's recognition and interest in the basic idea of this paper. On Happiness Education creatively defines the concept of happiness from the perspective of pedagogy, and holds that education and happiness have a natural connection, but contemporary educational practice has destroyed this natural connection. The theory of happiness education put forward in On Happiness Education applies the dialectical thinking of the unity of subject and object, and carries out a profound educational revolution from the aspects of intellectual education, physical education, moral education and teacher work.

The rise of contemporary emotional education has its reasonable philosophical foundation and deep roots in educational life, which inevitably indicates its development prospects. Over the years, the situation and trend of education reform at home and abroad have increasingly shown the outstanding position of emotional dimension. In the ongoing curriculum reform in China, all courses without exception clearly emphasize the cultivation of students' emotional attitude, which is the first time since the founding of the People's Republic of China. The development of emotion is closely related to the growth of moral personality, the cultivation of aesthetic quality and the emergence of creativity. An education that does not pay attention to or even ignore people's emotional level and does not infiltrate positive emotions in educational activities is not suitable for people's growth and runs counter to our school purpose. It is an education that needs to be reformed. We can't let this imperfect education exist!
Of course, over the years, we have put forward the concept and proposition of emotional education, advocated emotional education experiments, and never gave up the importance of human cognition. On the contrary, we always believe that although emotions and emotions have their relatively independent physiological operation mechanism and their particularity in the way of cultural action, human emotions can only become "human" emotions if they constantly absorb the fruits of cognitive processing. " What are the good conditions? Compared with our time, how much better are their conditions? Supposedly, they should feel extremely happy, cherish all this and strive for progress. On the contrary, isn't such nursery rhymes very popular on campus? "It is better to participate when you are tired of learning." This makes the parents who are "suffering" angry and makes the teachers who are "looking forward to it" even more uncomfortable. What blinded the innocent eyes of children? What makes children talk about books?
The experience of making students happy is actually very simple. As a grass-roots educator, we can easily find that in the process of education, a little red hook, an affirmative smile, a loud applause and a bright red flower are enough to cheer up children. There was once a shy little boy who always sat timidly in the chair in the classroom as if everything had nothing to do with him, and everyone felt sorry for him. I gave this little guy a sincere smile and walked away as if nothing had happened. In the eyes of ordinary people, primary school students are carefree and stress-free, so they are really happy. From the survey, the reality is not what we expected. 33% of the respondents "often feel stressed" and 53% of the respondents "sometimes feel stressed". In other words, more than 80% of primary school students are suffering from "growth pressure" to varying degrees. Where do these pressures come from? 38% respondents believe that the growth pressure mainly comes from learning competition; 49% respondents believe that the growth pressure mainly comes from parents' high expectations; . Parents and teachers should constantly educate their children to study hard and learn more knowledge. Not only that, but also learn well. In order to let children learn well, some parents take pains to send their children to and from school every day. In order to make children learn well, some teachers give them a lot of homework every day or during holidays to prevent students from neglecting their studies.
