What is the working principle of cycloidal pinwheel reducer?
Cycloidal pin-wheel reducer is a new type of transmission machine designed by using the principle of cycloidal pin-tooth meshing with less tooth difference planetary transmission, which has been widely used in metallurgical mines, petrochemical industry, construction, lifting and transportation, textile printing and dyeing, engineering machinery, food industry and other fields.

Cycloidal pin wheel reducer has the following characteristics:

1. Large transmission ratio: single-stage transmission ratio 9-87, two-stage transmission ratio 99-7569. When multiple stages are connected in series, the transmission ratio can be larger;

2. High transmission efficiency: single-stage transmission efficiency is above 90%;

3. Compact structure: small volume, light weight, high-speed shaft and low-speed shaft on the same axis, easy to assemble and disassemble;
