Candidates who take the higher education self-study exam can only take the graduation exam and apply for the self-study exam graduation certificate if they meet the following conditions.

Candidates judge and apply for graduation according to the professional examination plan, and the municipal self-study office is not responsible for notifying candidates to go through graduation procedures.

Candidates who meet the graduation requirements must hold the admission ticket, ID card and all course certificates within the specified time (early June of the first half of the year and early February of the second half 12). To apply for the undergraduate diploma, you must also hold the original diploma of junior college or above, go to the local self-study office to apply for the diploma, and print it by qualified candidates after the preliminary examination of the municipal self-study office. On-the-job personnel are written by the person in charge of the personnel (labor) department of the candidate's unit and stamped with the official seal of the unit; Non-on-the-job personnel shall be audited by the township government or the sub-district office, and their opinions shall be written and stamped with the official seal.

After the three-level examination by the Municipal Self-study Office, the Examiner College and the Provincial Self-study Committee, those who meet the requirements will be issued with graduation certificates and graduates' files.

Candidates will submit their admission ticket, ID card and all qualified certificates of single subject to the local self-study office for preliminary examination, and issue graduate registration forms after passing the preliminary examination;

The relevant archival materials of graduates are sent to the organization, personnel or labor department of the graduate work unit by the provincial self-study examination office and stored in my file.

Undergraduate graduates can also apply for a bachelor's degree. The conditions and methods for applying for a degree are as follows:

1. Undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements for applying for a bachelor's degree will be awarded the corresponding bachelor's degree by examiners with the right to award degrees.

2. The disciplines granting bachelor's degrees are: philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, history, science, engineering, agriculture, medicine and management.

3. Conditions for applying for a bachelor's degree:

Undergraduate graduates who meet the above conditions and requirements shall submit a written application to the relevant adult higher education management department of the school where they are enrolled or the examiner's school in the year when they receive their graduation certificate, and fill in the relevant forms. First, the conditions for applying for a bachelor's degree

Candidates who have passed all the courses (including written examination, oral examination and practice experiment) of the higher education self-study examination plan, passed the graduation thesis with excellent results after defense, and met the requirements after ideological and moral appraisal, shall be awarded degrees in the corresponding disciplines by examiners with the right to award degrees according to the State Council Degree & gt and relevant regulations. The thesis defense failed and must be made up. Those who pass the make-up exam can get an undergraduate diploma, but they will not be awarded a degree. In addition, the examiner's institution may have its own regulations, and candidates should pay attention. Generally, after receiving the undergraduate diploma, the time for obtaining the degree certificate is extended for half a year. The signing time of the degree certificate is the time approved by the Academic Degrees Committee of colleges and universities.

Undergraduate graduates who meet the requirements of higher education self-study examination are eligible to declare, and those who fail for the first time will not be reissued in the future.

Third, the procedure for applying for a degree.

1. Undergraduate graduates of higher education self-study examination meet the requirements for approval of bachelor's degree. At the same time as the graduation certificate is issued (usually in early March), apply to the local education examination institute or the self-study examination office, fill out the bachelor's degree form in duplicate, and hand in a recent 2-inch bareheaded photo.

2. The Municipal Examinations Institute or the Office of Self-taught Examinations shall review the applicant's archival materials (including the identification form of undergraduate graduates, the original graduation thesis and the thesis report) and the bachelor's degree evaluation form filled out by graduates, and report it to the Provincial Examinations Institute at the end of March without error.

3. The Provincial Examinations Institute collates and summarizes the bachelor's degree materials declared by the cities and conducts the preliminary examination. Those who pass the preliminary examination will recommend candidates' archives and degree roster to the examiners who have the right to award in April each year.

At the end of 4.6, the competent department of bachelor's degree in the school where the examiner is located and the academic committee will review the applicants one by one as required, and those who pass the examination will be awarded a bachelor's degree. Those who fail will not be awarded supplementary degrees.

Graduates of higher education self-study exams under any of the following circumstances may not be awarded a bachelor's degree:

At the same time, pay a subject registration fee to the examiner's school.

Undergraduate graduates who have not been awarded bachelor's degrees in the past will no longer be awarded.

Bachelor's degree certificates obtained through self-taught undergraduate courses, adult higher education and online education all belong to adult education degrees.
