Nalan Xingde was a famous Manchu poet in the early Qing Dynasty. He is chivalrous and handsome, simple and romantic, and his poems are sentimental and natural, which has become a hot spot in the research field of Qing Ci in recent years. Nalan Xingde lived in the era of the confluence of Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism, and his thoughts were deeply influenced by the three religions. Starting with his Buddhist thought, this paper studies the relationship between Buddhist thought and his ci. The full text is divided into three chapters: the first chapter is to understand Nalan Xingde's acceptance of Buddhism through the investigation of the social Buddhist atmosphere, Nalan Xingde's own experience and life ideal in the early Qing Dynasty; The second chapter discusses the influence of Buddhism on the language, theme and artistic conception of Nalan Ci. The third chapter discusses the relationship between Nalan Xingde's poetry view and Buddhism. This paper holds that Buddhism occupies a very important position in Nalan Xingde's mind and has a remarkable influence on Nalan Ci. At the same time, we should also see that Nalan Xingde's understanding of Buddhism has not reached a clear and thorough level, and he treats Buddhism with a pragmatic attitude.
