The theory of convincing people by reasoning refers to a method used in management, or when a person does something wrong, he should convince people by reasoning. But convincing people by reasoning cannot be used in literary creation. If a literary work is reasonable, no one will read it. Therefore, in literary creation, of course, it is more important to move people with emotion.
But just because you feel for people doesn't mean that this article is completely illogical. The basic logic is still necessary, just let it sublimate in the emotional part, which will make this work look very attractive. Many familiar literary works are created in a perceptual way. Prose, for example, seems to have no logic at all, but in fact, it is supported by emotion internally, and those poems and songs are all behind the words. For example, there were many poets who wrote love poems in Qing Dynasty, and their poems were all emotions they had experienced, and few poets used logic to create them. Most of those logical works are books about certain courses. Shakespeare's four tragedies, as well as many novels by Flaubert in France, are all works created with emotion.
I remember there was a great writer in India named Tagore, who created a collection of birds. When I saw this work, I was really moved by that emotional poem. If Tagore had only written "Birds" convincingly, it would not have caused such a great sensation. Therefore, these literary writers create with emotion, and combine emotion and reason perfectly.
