1. We only accept written manuscripts that conform to the writing instructions. E-mail, fax, etc. without the consent of the editor of this journal. Cannot be used as a formal submission method. Anything that does not conform to this guide will be considered as invalid submission.

2. Please print all the authors' contributions on A4 paper, and refer to the format of this journal (see attachment 1).

3. Personal information such as the author's name, work unit (state organs and departments, universities and departments), position, professional title, mailing address, postal code, contact telephone number and email address. May not appear in the manuscript. Please provide these contents and the title of the paper on another piece of paper. Please send the manuscript directly to the editorial department, please don't send it to individuals.

4. The number of words in the manuscript is generally required to be around 1000 words, and the essence of words is also encouraged. Please attach a 200 ~ 300-word Chinese content summary and 3 ~ 5 keywords before the paper; It also provides information such as classification number, document identification number and document number of Chinese Library Classification (temporarily blank). The final edition of this journal should provide English title, author's name, author's work unit, content summary and key words.

5. The data and quotations in the manuscript should indicate the source of information, and the relevant mathematical formulas, graphs and data tables must be clearly written, standardized and graphically clear. Please check the mathematical formula and related data accurately; Please use the computer to make and print graphics. For the format of references, please refer to Annex 2.

6. All submissions will not be returned. Please keep the manuscript for yourself.

7. Please don't contribute more than one manuscript to this magazine. If you don't receive the notice of using the manuscript within three months, the author can handle it by himself.

8. This journal has joined China Academic Journal (CD-ROM Edition). If the author does not agree to compile the article into the database, please indicate it when submitting the article, and this magazine will handle it appropriately. This magazine resolutely resists all kinds of academic misconduct. If the author violates it, he will be blacklisted. See Annex 3 for the statement about the originality of the paper and the resistance to academic misconduct.
