In terms of safety management, we adhere to the principle of "people-oriented, safety first, prevention first and comprehensive management", strictly implement the responsibility system for production safety, resolutely implement national laws and regulations on production safety, earnestly organize publicity and education, and implement various provisions on production safety. Through the "four-fold" guarantee system of "organization, goal, arrangement and measures" of safety production, zero accidents in safety production have been realized.

The first is the organization of production safety. The company set up a safety production management committee headed by the general manager, and issued a series of management documents, such as Measures for Safety Production Management, Work Plan for Safety Production, Notice on Launching the Special Action of 100-day Supervision of Safety Production in 2008, and Monthly Plan for Safety Production of Guang Bei Expressway in Hubei Province in 2008. The construction unit has established a safety production responsibility system with the project manager as the first responsible person, equipped with full-time safety production administrators, and both the project manager and the safety officer must obtain safety production certificates. Second, there are goals for safe production. The company has signed safety production contracts with various construction units, and regards safety production as an important assessment index, which is linked to production quality and progress goals, and to economic rewards and punishments. Third, there are arrangements for safe production. The company organizes a special inspection of construction safety once a month, and issues a notice of inspection and rectification requirements of the whole bank. At the same time, a production scheduling meeting will be held to jointly deploy, inspect and evaluate the safety production and engineering plan. Fourth, there are measures for safe production. On the one hand, sign the responsibility book for safety production with the construction unit, define the responsibility for safety production, and manage the funds for safety production measures separately to ensure that safety management is in place. On the other hand, safety production should be included in the quarterly assessment criteria, and relevant departments and high-level resident offices should be organized regularly to investigate potential safety hazards. At the same time, we also actively carry out "Safe Production Month" activities to enhance the safety awareness of all employees. Through the above measures, safety accidents have been effectively prevented. So far, there has not been a major safety accident in this project and no one has died.
