The main research direction is the research on the basic scientific problems and key technologies of thermophysics and mechanics in the complex heat and mass transfer system of crystal growth. The computer simulation, optimization and defect control of crystal growth process of high-efficiency and low-cost solar cells and light-emitting diodes have been studied for a long time, and the computer simulation and analysis software of heat and mass transfer process of crystal growth has been developed independently. Published more than 40 academic papers 100 in various international journals and conferences, including more than 40 SCI papers, more than 80 EI papers, and more than 300 cited by SCI. He presided over nearly 20 scientific research projects at all levels, including the National Natural Science Foundation (2 projects), with research funding of more than 6 million yuan.
