Zhang Fenghua said: according to the requirements of the National Defense Education Law, all schools should timely infiltrate the contents of national defense education in politics, history, geography, Chinese, music, sports and legal system, so as to make national defense education regular, institutionalized and curriculum-oriented.
Li Guoqiang, director of the Student Military Training Office of the Air Force Command College, believes that it is necessary to carry out juvenile military school activities as an important way of national defense education, integrate national defense education into subject education, and infiltrate national defense education with classroom teaching as the carrier. He said that some schools have set up national defense education elective courses, incorporated national defense education courses into the curriculum, defined fixed class hours, trained full-time national defense education teachers, adopted standardized national defense education textbooks, and regularly invited military experts to give special reports or lectures.
Li Guoqiang said that for many years, Beijing Haidian District Education Committee has always regarded national defense education in primary and secondary schools in the whole district as an important task, and attached importance to bringing national defense education into the school work schedule. It can be said with certainty that Haidian District has been at the forefront of national defense education in primary and secondary schools in Beijing and even in the whole country, and its effective measures and practices have a certain demonstration role for other primary and secondary schools.
Zhang Fenghua said that in the future, on the basis of analyzing the current situation of national defense education in primary and secondary schools, Haidian District Education Committee will organize the compilation and formulation of an operational national defense education guiding outline, push the standardization and institutionalization of national defense education in schools to a new height, and make great efforts to promote the balanced development of regional national defense education.
