2065438+July 2009, China Association for Science and Technology, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Science and Technology jointly issued "Opinions on Deepening Reform and Cultivating World-class Sci-tech Journals", proposing to select and publish a classified catalogue of high-quality sci-tech journals, referred to as T-level journals, to form an evaluation standard that comprehensively and objectively reflects the level of journals.
