The manuscript should be creative, scientific and practical. It should be novel in conception, full of arguments, reliable in data, conceited in writing and concise. The format of the paper should generally include: title, author and unit, postcode, abstract, keywords, text, notes and references, and the manuscript should try not to use charts.
