English abstract of graduation thesis of e-commerce
The popularization of e-commerce is an inevitable trend. It is not only a sales channel, a new mode of production and operation, but also will bring a commercial revolution. Schumpeter pointed out that with the emergence of "new production function", both markets and enterprises need to update and replace the old business model with new business model, a process he called "creative destruction". Based on the systematic analysis of the basic business model of traditional enterprises, this paper discusses in detail the influence of enterprise e-commerce on its own inherent business model from the internal, internal and external aspects of business model. Combined with two successful cases of traditional enterprise e-commerce, this paper further studies how enterprise e-commerce affects its inherent business model, divides the levels of traditional enterprise e-commerce, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop e-commerce. It is believed that with the deepening of e-commerce in traditional enterprises, its influence on the business model of enterprises is also a progressive process from the outer layer to the middle layer, and the e-commerce process of traditional enterprises must also follow this law in order to get better results.
