This is the text that changed when the revision function mode was turned on. Click Check in the toolbar. Click to enter the review, and then click Modify to close the modification function. After turning off the revision function, you can directly change the text without color and comments.

The document versions are different. Word is an online editing software. When users use it, because the document version is different, the red label turns blue. This kind of problem can be solved by uniformly updating the document version to the latest.

First open the word document to be processed, as shown in the figure below. Secondly, it is found that the font is blue and underlined, as shown in the figure below. Then, right-click the underlined font and select the Unlink option, as shown in the following figure.

Text notes change from blue to red. First, open a word document. Insert comments in the document, as shown in blue. When the insertion is finished, click Review on the menu bar, find Revision and click.

It should be restored to the previously saved version. Your blue mark was added after that version, and disappeared after the repair, and it can't be found.
