The methods of cultivating college students' information literacy are as follows:

1, constructing the information literacy standard of China universities.

2. Strengthen the teaching of information literacy related courses.

At present, basic computer courses and literature retrieval courses are basically offered in domestic universities. Computer application is the technical basis of information retrieval.
