How to be a teacher.
Through the study, I have a clear understanding of the significance of the education of teachers' morality and style, and a deeper understanding of the ethics of teachers' morality and style. Compared with the requirements of professional ethics of primary and secondary school teachers, I deeply realize that teachers are engineers of human soul and a long journey of educating people. I am more aware of the importance and necessity of the educational principles of leading by example, teaching by example, teaching without distinction and tireless teaching, and the importance of being a teacher's influence on students' hearts and lives. In school education, teachers are "teachers", and education is the labor of cultivating personality with one personality and shaping the soul with the soul. Think about the past, compare the present and look forward to the future. Now I combine my teaching career to analyze myself carefully:

I. Existing problems

1, lack of teaching according to law, especially when I meet some students who refuse to change their teaching. I am impatient, and sometimes I will inevitably swear at such students, reprimand them loudly and occasionally punish them lightly. I also think it is caring for students and discriminating against underachievers. It hurts the young minds of students, which is really a manifestation of disrespect for students' personality. It not only damages the image of teachers, but also violates the minimum requirements of teachers, such as "being a model, standardized language and healthy, elegant and civilized behavior".

2. Lack of enterprising spirit and insufficient understanding of acquiring new knowledge, delving into business and striving for progress. In the daily management of teaching, self-study and self-charging are relaxed, knowledge updating is neglected, and learning consciousness and initiative are not strong.

3. Love and dedication are not prominent enough and the initiative is not strong. Sometimes, I hold the original attitude towards some central work and don't want to delve into it. Have the idea of seeking stability and being afraid of chaos, but lack the consciousness of self-challenge. I don't want to think too much when things happen, thinking that there is a leader anyway, and the leader can't be wrong in saying what I said. A lot of work is done in a hurry when it can't be delayed.

4. My working style is not deep enough. As a teacher, we can't always start from the interests of students, care about their lives, share their sufferings, and have a weak sense of serving students. But it will inevitably harm the interests of students. I feel that sometimes the lack of patience with underachievers in my work is enough to complete the task. The style is not rigorous enough and the sense of responsibility is not strong enough. For students who make mistakes, they can't contact their parents immediately to communicate and talk with students. We can't often go deep into textbooks, explore new education and teaching theories, and combine the actual situation of students. There are too high or even unrealistic requirements for students, but when students can't meet their own requirements, they go overboard and are indifferent to students' problems and opinions. I always feel that I can do as required, standardize myself according to law, and do my job well for students.

5. Lack of learning consciousness and initiative. Narrowly think that their quality is ok, they can cope with exams and assessments, and gradually relax their professional study. I neglected the cultivation and reconstruction of my knowledge and ability in my work, failed to persist in learning for a long time, and always made excuses for myself, which led to the stagnation of my work.

6. The pioneering spirit is not strong, and the study of educational theory is not deep enough. Learning only stays on the surface without in-depth learning, which leads to a lot of confusion in the teaching process and even takes a wait-and-see attitude towards the introduction of some educational policies. Be content with the status quo at work, and have the idea of waiting and relying. I always passively accept the work arranged by the leader and can't take the initiative to share the worries for the leader.

7. Take notes in political study, always copy a paragraph from various newspapers and magazines, copy a paragraph from the west, and deal with errands on the principle of the number of words required by the school. Instead of learning current affairs and politics from the heart, I care about national affairs. Taking part in political studies at school is also a change of heart.

8. My business needs improvement. I have been engaged in Chinese teaching in primary schools for many years, and the teaching materials have been changed several times. Seems to be familiar with the textbook. In fact, I just look at the textbooks very superficially and can't keep up with the times.

9, more serious about students, not very friendly. It often leads students to stay away from me.

Secondly, analyze the root of its existing problems.

1, consciously strengthening the study and education of teachers' morality and style is not enough, and the correct outlook on life, values, students' outlook and lofty ideals and beliefs have not been established.

2. The student-oriented development concept is not strong enough. In student management, students are always required to abide by the Code for Primary and Secondary School Students. Once students make mistakes or fail to achieve the expected educational effect, they will have an impulse to hate iron and not produce, and even have an impulse in disguise.

The behavior of punishing students lacks ideal education for students and touches their hearts.

3. In teachers' service consciousness, the essence of "everything is for students", "everything depends on students" and "from students to students" shows that students' satisfaction and dissatisfaction should be regarded as their own teaching level and measurement standard at any time, while students' ideas are ignored.

4. Lack of work experience, unable to sum up from practice, leading to lack of work creativity.

Therefore, in the future work, we must take "thinking about the source when getting rich, and thinking about progress when getting rich" as the driving force, strengthen our study, cheer up our spirits, and strive to complete our work. First, strengthen study and effectively improve the level of thinking and work. One is to strengthen theoretical study, and the other is to extensively study knowledge in economy, politics, law, science and technology, history and culture. Second, strictly manage education, strengthen self-construction, carry out teaching reform, and strive to educate our students-the flowers of the motherland; Third, cheer up and devote yourself to socialist education with a hundred times enthusiasm. I don't have enough consciousness and understanding. For a long time, I always thought that as long as I am an ordinary teacher, I can teach books well, teach classes well, manage students well, and complete the work assigned by the leaders, everything will be fine. State affairs have nothing to do with an ordinary person, so they ignore political study and take notes just to complete the task.

6. Lack of enterprising spirit. I always like reading books that interest me, but I don't read books on teaching business, and I haven't absorbed many advanced teaching ideas, teaching concepts and teaching methods. I always think those business books look boring. Years of teaching have made my teaching methods a fixed pattern, which is difficult to change for a while. Or, if it is really necessary to change, I am not the only one who wants to change, so come with you. If I really have to be eliminated because I can't adapt to teaching, I'm not alone. Therefore, there is a state of mind that is not in a hurry. I'm too lazy to think about teaching methods and teaching models. Make teaching methods obsolete and language expression less refined.

7. I didn't plan and organize my work systematically. This centralized education rectification, let me find the problems and shortcomings, and also find the focus for the next rectification and how to do a good job.

Third, "the good side"

1, pay attention to the cultivation of good moral character in your own work. Teaching can face all students, respect their individual differences and treat every student equally. Try our best to impart scientific and cultural knowledge efficiently, so that students can benefit for life, attract students with their own good knowledge, infect students with incisive language, and influence students with noble morality, which will become an example for students to learn and emulate all their lives. It is necessary to carefully prepare lessons, correct homework, correct problems in lectures in time, correct mistakes in students' homework, give patient guidance to students with learning difficulties, and help them build up their confidence in learning.

2. Pay attention to develop good behavior in your own life. The level of a person's moral quality is not only reflected in formal occasions, but also in small private matters, which can better reflect what is deep in a person's soul and show the essence of a person. Don't say anything that doesn't match the teacher's identity and don't do anything that doesn't match the teacher's image. At home, we should have a harmonious family and friendly neighborhood. Communicate with people, be honest and trustworthy; Colleagues don't talk about things that are not conducive to unity; Do not do things that are not conducive to unity; Don't do it because of the small evil, and don't do it because of the small good. Cultivate one's morality in small things and cultivate one's morality in ordinary things. Only teachers with noble moral cultivation can infect students by example and shape their beautiful hearts, so that students can not only learn scientific knowledge, but also understand the truth of being a man.

Teachers should study hard to cultivate their morality. As a teacher, if you want to have extensive knowledge and broad horizons, you must constantly learn and cultivate your sentiment. It is conducive to learning education and teaching theory in spare time, mastering the concept of new curriculum reform, actively participating in teaching and research activities, and constantly summing up and reflecting on teaching.

4. Be able to love your job, base yourself on your post, teach with peace of mind, teach and educate people, pay attention to cultivating students' good moral character, be conscientious in teaching, prepare lessons carefully, attend classes carefully, correct homework without exception, and pay no attention to students' education.

As a teacher, I can carry forward the spirit of dedication, stick to my teacher's feelings and seek personal gain without taking advantage of my work. Never ask parents or ask for property in disguised form, forcibly sell textbooks, learning tools or other commodities to students for profit, or collect fees from students under various pretexts, but strictly enforce the rules and regulations of the higher education authorities.

6, can take the initiative to contact with students and parents, and strive for the support of parents; Never blame and reprimand parents, respect comrades, help each other, safeguard the prestige of other teachers among students, care about the collective, safeguard the honor of the school and optimize their working environment.

7. In the process of education and teaching, I can love all students, respect their personality, treat every student equally and fairly, strictly demand patient teaching, protect their legitimate rights and interests, promote their all-round, positive and healthy development, and refrain from irony, sarcasm, discrimination, corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguised form.

8. Abide by social morality, dress neatly and appropriately, have a healthy language, behave in a civilized manner and be a civilized citizen. Be strict with yourself at work, have a decent style and pay attention to setting an example.

Fourth, we need to continue our efforts in the following aspects in the future:

1, strengthen learning and constantly improve yourself. I have been engaged in Chinese teaching in primary schools for many years, and the teaching materials have been changed several times. Therefore, in the future, I will strengthen my study everywhere, absorb advanced teaching ideas, teaching concepts and teaching methods, explore boldly, study textbooks in depth, and improve my teaching and research ability.

2. Respect students, educate and guide students, and realize the teaching realm of "loving their teachers and believing in their ways". I used to be serious and unfriendly to my students, which led them to stay away from me. In the future, we must treat students with caring and kind words and help them with our good attitude towards education and teaching, so as to achieve the purpose of education. Avoid fidgety and rude attitude, and insist on not corporal punishment or corporal punishment in disguised form. Establish the image of "strict teacher and loving mother" in front of students.

3. Strengthen responsibility and improve efficiency. Pay more attention to your own work, think more, and plan the things assigned by the leaders and your own work well, so as to complete them in an orderly, timely and step-by-step manner. Today's work will never be put off until tomorrow, and a strong view of time, efficiency and quality will be established to promote the smooth development of all work and the continuous improvement of one's own ability.

4. Home and school work together to cultivate buds. Observe and think more at work, think about what students and parents think and worry about, worry about what students and parents are anxious about, and give full play to the role of home-school ties.

Through self-examination, I will firmly establish the consciousness of serving students and parents in future teaching, standardize my words and deeds, strictly fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of teachers, make myself a people's teacher who is satisfied with students, parents and society, and make contributions to school education.
