3. Public review: During the pre-release period, the paper will be subject to public review. Readers can provide feedback and opinions on the contents, methods and conclusions of the paper. According to these feedback and opinions, the author will revise and improve the paper.
4. Final review and publication: After public review and revision, the paper will be submitted to the expert committee for final review. If the paper passes the final review, it will be published in China Science and Technology paper net.
