Power driven paper
In a blink of an eye, the semester ended and all the work entered the stage of summary and statistics. In two weeks' time, the narrative of the teaching and research group and the management of each department were carried out successively. Everyone actively combed the work of this semester. That achievement is really admirable and reminds me of this sentence: time will answer growth, growth will answer dreams, and dreams will answer you and me.

Everyone walks in a hurry every day. In the day-to-day cultivation, we look back and find that there are too many gains and too many unfinished plans. Everyone is 24 hours, and the results are different in different ways. Efficient when busy, often get twice the result with half the effort; Knowing how to do things efficiently can make life more beautiful and fulfilling. People who do things efficiently often plan ahead and stick to it. This implementation plan is actually task-driven. I remember there is a "ten-minute rule" in "Qian Qian the Dog", that is, no matter what the situation, you should devote 10 minutes to your future every day, although it is only 10 minutes, but you can make great achievements. This ten-minute arrangement is also a task-driven way.

Task-driven teaching method is based on constructivist learning theory, and its fundamental feature is "taking tasks as the main line, teachers as the leading factor and students as the main body". The basic links include: creating situations, determining tasks, autonomous learning and writing learning, and effect evaluation. With the help of teachers, students closely focus on a task activity center and are driven by strong problem motivation, actively apply learning resources for independent exploration and interactive learning, and guide students to produce a learning practice while completing the established tasks. Task-driven in daily work needs self-planning, self-pressure, self-testing and self-motivation. With a clear sense of task drive, you can be full of passion, busy without chaos, look forward to the future and look back with joy every day.

However, planning is easy, but sticking to it is extremely difficult. Looking back on my decades along the way, many things failed in the three-minute fever. Therefore, it was not until I was in my forties, when I reached the age of no doubt, that I began to set my own goals carefully. Take writing a composition every week as an example. Take practicing cucurbit silk every day as an example, just like getting up for half an hour every morning. When it is actually implemented, I always feel that time flies and I am often anxious. Especially on Friday, the task hasn't appeared yet, and I'm in a hurry.

Until I read this passage: self-discipline is not gnashing one's teeth, but a determination to turn the ambiguous three-minute heat into an indomitable spirit; Turn the wavering "I do" into a clear "I will finish". Although you will inevitably feel tired on the way forward, as long as you have the most sincere enthusiasm in your heart, you will eventually reach the distance you want to go.

Later, I found a good way to solve the problem, which is enumeration. Write in a notebook or manuscript paper every day. When I finish something, I will draw a sketch. If it takes a long time to finish, I will draw an asterisk and read it every once in a while, so that I won't lose anything. In addition, the way to eliminate confusion is mind mapping. Write down your doubts, difficulties and problems, list the root causes and the solutions you have considered, and then scrutinize them repeatedly, and gradually your ideas will be clear. The biggest enemy of doing these things is procrastination, always thinking about doing it later. Later, I found that the more I waited, the less I could do it, and then I might forget it. Therefore, in addition to constantly reminding myself with the 10 minute rule, I always urge myself with the 72-hour rule, that is, as long as the planned things must be completed within 72 hours, if the planned things cannot be done within three days, the plan may not be implemented.

My sense of hardship is too strong, so I am destined to be anxious, and the root of anxiety may still be thinking too much and doing too little. In fact, those who are busy achieving their goals don't have much time to be confused; Those who keep acting for their dreams are always full of hearts.

Driven by the task, constantly remind me at my feet, so that my heart will always have energy, growth and strength.
