Since 1980s, the development trend of artificial intelligence has been hotly debated at home and abroad. Instrumentalism holds that artificial intelligence can only be used as an extension of human tools and cannot replace the human brain. They believe that the original intention of artificial intelligence is as an extension of human tools, and its role has been defined since the day it was born. Artificial intelligence can only be used as a vassal and supplement of human intelligence, but it can't challenge human intelligence, let alone replace human intelligence. There are also views that artificial intelligence will definitely defeat human intelligence. They analogize from Darwin's theory of evolution and compare the speed and acceleration of the relative development of human intelligence and artificial intelligence. They believe that although human intelligence still has an absolute advantage in a short time, it is only a matter of time before artificial intelligence overcomes human intelligence in view of the rapid development speed and acceleration of artificial intelligence in recent years. When the time has entered 2 1 century, the update speed of computer software and hardware is getting faster and faster, and the image of the computer that once gave people a cold machine has also been completely changed. The situation of human-computer interaction is becoming more and more common, and computers are endowed with more and more intelligent factors because of their needs. With the application of the latest computer technology in various disciplines, the cognition of these disciplines has also entered a stage of rapid development, prompting a large number of new research results to emerge. For example, the computer won easily in the "man-machine war", the sequencing of the human genome was basically completed, the substantive breakthrough in the theory of human cloning, the decryption of the structure of the human brain and the successful realization of pure organ cloning. Moreover, with the continuous development of computer, the most important tool in human history, and the emergence of new theories, a large number of seemingly conclusive theories have been challenged more and more severely, and human beings must analyze and examine them one by one from a new angle. In recent years, many new research results have appeared in the fields of biology and neurophysiology, so it is necessary to re-discuss and analyze the relationship between artificial intelligence and human intelligence. By synthesizing the latest theories and achievements related to artificial intelligence, this paper analyzes and discusses the previous instrumental theory and pure evolution theory, and reanalyzes the relationship between artificial intelligence and human intelligence from the perspective of Marxist philosophy, trying to give a new conclusion: human beings will continue to understand the functions of the human brain, so that artificial intelligence will continue to approach human intelligence. But from the dynamic analysis, that is, human intelligence is constantly evolving and developing. As the product of objectification of human intelligence, artificial intelligence's role and function are restricted by human intelligence, so it is lower than human intelligence.
