Ownership certificate refers to all materials that can prove the ownership of property rights. Voucher refers to the certificate of ownership or use right of capital contribution actually paid by partners. Where capital contribution is made in cash, it shall be stated in the partnership agreement or a written document approved by all partners shall be issued. If the investment is made in kind, a certificate of the ownership of the kind or the right to use the partnership investment shall be issued.
