1. Candidates who have completed all the examinations and passed the courses can apply to the Municipal Office of Self-taught Examinations for graduation, submit all valid course certificates (including the exemption certificate for practical examination and qualified materials for ideological and moral appraisal), ID cards and photocopies, admission tickets, fill in the registration form for self-taught graduates, and provide college graduation certificates and graduation thesis design for those who graduate from undergraduate courses.

2. Candidates can apply for the undergraduate examination directly without passing the academic certification when applying for the undergraduate course (including connecting the undergraduate course and independent undergraduate course), but before applying for undergraduate graduation, candidates need to complete the junior college examination and submit the original diploma.

3. Candidates who apply for graduation must submit relevant materials to the study room of their county, city and district at the end of May or June1/. After passing the preliminary examination by the municipal self-study office, the provincial self-study office will establish a database for graduates before the examination, and organize the joint examination between the municipal self-study office and the examiner school. After examination, if all the materials meet the requirements, the deputy department of the college where the examiner is located and the provincial self-study examination Committee will issue graduation certificates and register online.

4. Undergraduate graduates can be awarded bachelor's degrees by the examiners' institutions with the right to award degrees according to the Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Academic Degrees and other relevant documents, and those who meet the requirements can be awarded bachelor's degrees.
