He has published more than 50 academic papers and 4 monographs (teaching materials) in important academic journals at home and abroad, such as Journal of Genetics, Journal of Experimental Biology, Journal of Horticulture, China Journal of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology, China Agricultural Sciences, Bulletin of Agronomy and Crop Journal. In the field of biotechnology of garden plants, especially in the fields of gene cloning, functional verification and transgenic research of flower plants, in vitro rapid propagation and genetic transformation technology, it has a solid research foundation and a high academic level, such as genes related to flower (flower organ) development, genes related to stress resistance (drought resistance, cold resistance, insect resistance and disease resistance), flower color formation mechanism and key genes for anthocyanin formation.
