This is probably the format, and some explanations and quotations of the paper are done in this way.
Parentheses are circles. You can get the circled characters by clicking Format-Chinese Layout-circled characters in word software, or you can right-click other blanks in the document, select symbols, and then select the desired symbols.
Annotations are generally in this order: author, title, publishing house (newspaper), edition, page number.
Bibliography: It is the relevant bibliography on a certain subject that you have read.
