TOEFL listening is divided into six parts. 2-3 dialogues and 4-6 lectures. There are 5 questions after each conversation and 6 questions after the lecture, and the number is fixed. The duration is between 60-90 minutes, each conversation is about 600 words, and the lecture is 800- 1000 words. There are many pauses, which require high short-term memory.

TOEFL listening is also divided into life scenes and academic scenes. However, most TOEFL tests are academic. About life, it mainly involves accommodation. The academic category is about homework, papers, etc. , appear in the dialogue. The lecture will have four themes: art, life science, natural science and social science.

TOEFL scores range from 28 to 30 on 33-34, 26 to 29 on 3 1-32, 25 to 27 on 29-30 and so on. A score of 25 or above is a good grade.
