Although I have been in contact with Taobao myself, this time I changed from a customer to a waiter to practice and experience. My task is different, and I look at the problem from different angles, so I feel different. Under the guidance of Yao Jingli, I learned a lot, especially the "hospitality". At first, I didn't think it was a difficult job, or even relaxed, but in fact, on the contrary, it was not only not relaxed, but even tortured. This job requires me to hang on the internet every day, and I have been guarding it. In the first few days, I didn't feel hard. After a long time, it is really a torment to my eyes. Although the labor intensity of Taobao man is not great, it is also very hard and the working time lasts for a long time. Our working hours are from 7: 30 am to 23: 00 pm. Many guests like to go shopping at night, and business during the day is colder than at night. They are always too busy at night. Once, in order to talk about the next guest, it was until 2 o'clock in the middle of the night. To be a Taobao buddy, you need to be quick at typing (attack immediately before the customer changes his mind), have a good service attitude (maybe the customer thinks the goods are average, but it may also be softened by your attitude), and be familiar with the business (otherwise the customer will take advantage). Sometimes I feel like a failure. Thinking about myself, I still have only one thing, that is, the service attitude and speed are average, which needs to be improved, not to mention the business, and I need to be familiar with it. However, you should have absolute patience in this job. Don't make yourself angry because of some extreme words from customers, otherwise it will scare customers away. I need some white lies occasionally. For some reason, the delivery is not timely, so it is needed at this time. Of course, it must be remedied in time. The above is the "hospitality" I learned, which is quite useful. But I also found some problems in Taobao's work. Many customers are very unreasonable, and the slightest thing will be very unpleasant. But this time is the meaning of our existence. How to appease customers and solve problems is what we have to do. And how to repay the customer's bargaining is also a considerable challenge for me, which helps to improve my eloquence. Now, I can be said to be comfortable working in Taobao. Although it doesn't correspond to my major, it is tantamount to promoting my growth. Taobao is still a stranger to me, so I must consult humbly. Although I am just doing the work on Taobao, I am doing well, which is also a dedication to the company. During my internship, I felt that days passed quickly. Although I am busy every day, I am very busy and full! Internship is the first step in our future social experience. We have only taken the first step, and there is still a long way to go. Maybe for us college students, we will encounter snowstorms and our bright sunshine.
