Demand analysis-KNAO model
KANO model was invented by Noriaki Kano, a professor in tokyo institute of technology. It is used to analyze the ordering preference of users for various needs, and is widely used in enterprise product demand research and market research. The data of KANO model are generally collected through questionnaires and have strict standard formats. For example, at present, there are four functions/services: projection function, left-handed mode, super fast charge, SIM card cancellation, 3D projection, photo search, automatic beauty, anti-theft lock, remote control, hand warmer, telescope and microscope. Now I want to analyze the demand attitude and priority of 10 function/service.

After collecting data, remember to use numbers to identify the meaning of each item. Whether positive or negative, 1 means' dislike', 2 means' tolerance', 3 means' indifference', 4 means' should' and 5 means' like'. That is, the 1 option is 1, the second option is 2, and so on.
