Through years of efforts, the technological innovations developed by him and his comrades-in-arms have been popularized and applied in the "Sanyao" project of Tiananmen Square and the transformation project of Zhongnanhai power distribution room, which not only improved the safe operation level of equipment, but also saved funds for enterprises.

Improving the automation level of distribution network is an effective means to improve the response speed to power accidents, quickly remove faults and restore power supply to non-fault areas, which is an objective requirement for enterprise development. After the organizational system adjustment, Longfei served as the director of the production technology department. Under the guidance of the correct leadership of the superior and the functional offices, the municipal power supply company started the first phase of distribution automation project. He led the members of the distribution automation engineering working group of the municipal power supply company to check information, do research and talk with experts around the clock. After more than 10 days of closed work, the "Urban Distribution Automation Engineering Scheme" was compiled, and on this basis, the urban distribution automation engineering scheme was theoretically sublimated, and the "Research on the Architecture Mode of Beijing Urban Distribution Automation System" was written. Combined with the present situation of distribution network in Beijing Urban Power Supply Company, this paper compares and analyzes different system architecture modes in the process of distribution network automation construction, and introduces some advanced design ideas of distribution network automation system after adopting centralized control master station system mode. On the basis of meeting the performance requirements of real-time monitoring system, it realizes the reliable storage of large-capacity data and improves the monitoring ability of distribution network equipment. In 2005, the paper was included in the collection of papers of the 5th International Conference on Power Transmission and Distribution Technology, which won unanimous praise from experts at home and abroad and peers in the industry, was rated as an excellent paper by the organizing committee of the conference, and was put into practice in the construction of distribution automation system of city power supply companies.

Take the lead and escort the supply of political power. The city power supply company is responsible for the power supply task in the central area of the capital. There are many important activities of the party and the state, and the task of ensuring power supply is heavy and demanding. In the working experience of Longfei, whether as an ordinary attendant or a middle-level cadre of a city power supply company, he has always stood at the forefront of political power supply. During the days and nights of power conservation work such as "Two Sessions", "Party Congress" and "Fortune Forum", he actively organized and participated in power conservation tasks, earnestly implemented various power conservation plans, and ensured the smooth completion of previous power conservation tasks. The opening ceremony of the Fortune Global Forum in Beijing in 2005 is planned to be held in Tiantan Park, a royal garden with a history of hundreds of years. In order to ensure the power supply of Fortune Global Forum, the Beijing Preparatory Leading Group put forward the requirement of providing temporary high-voltage power supply for the opening ceremony. Temporary power supply works include temporary laying of 10KV cable 1 1.6km in Tiantan Park and installation of 14 50KVA temporary box transformer. However, all engineering tasks, including project initiation, construction design, bidding and ordering, and equipment installation, only took one month. Time is tight, the task is heavy and the construction is difficult, all of which set a precedent for his company. Tiantan Park is a world cultural heritage protection area. During the construction period, it is necessary to do a good job in the protection of cultural relics, but also to complete them on time to ensure the quality, which is stressful and has many problems. As a cadre in party member, he didn't flinch in the face of pressure and difficulties. After receiving the task of saving electricity, he plunged into his work, led the specialized personnel of the production technology department to verify the investigation situation many times, actively negotiated the construction plan with the design, cultural relics protection and garden units, and organized equipment bidding and ordering. During this period, he often went to various equipment manufacturers and design units during the day and dragged his tired body back to the office to deal with his daily work at night. After intense and effective work, it was quickly decided to introduce two cables from the east and west directions of Tiantan Park to the vicinity of the Hall of Prayer for the New Year that year, forming two intersecting single-ring networks on both sides of the Single-stroke Bridge. The two power supplies come from two different 1 100KV substations of 220KV system, and the power supply reliability from the two substations is 10KV. This scheme not only solves the temporary power supply problem of the power supply equipment, but also lays a good foundation for the future power supply work and solves the problem of lack of power supply points near Tiantan Park. During the construction period, a number of high-tech and cultural relics protection measures were adopted to avoid the problem that the ancient buildings may be damaged due to construction. Scientific organization and meticulous construction have been highly praised by the leaders of Beijing Municipal Government and Beijing Electric Power Company.

He started with standardizing the engineering construction process and strengthening the management of the construction team, organized the revision and improvement of the engineering management system, and cooperated with the company's supervision department to monitor the effectiveness of the concealed project of 1 10kV Qianmen substation reconstruction.
