Antitumor drugs generally refer to drugs used to treat malignant tumors, and their research and application have become an important field of biomedical science. This book is edited by Academician Zhen, Chairman of the Anti-cancer Drug Committee of China Anti-cancer Association and Chairman of the Tumor Pharmacology Committee of Chinese Pharmacology Society, and written by 60 experts in various fields of drug research and development, including 6 academicians of China Academy of Engineering and many famous domestic experts. The annual growth rate of global anticancer drug market will reach 15%, which greatly exceeds the growth rate of other drugs. In China, due to the rapid increase of cancer incidence, the market prospect of anti-tumor drugs is very broad. At the same time, due to the limitations of the current drug efficacy, the new market of anti-tumor drugs needs to be vigorously developed, and the development of anti-tumor drugs has become a hot topic in the pharmaceutical industry.
